I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the work being done for God is GREAT.
  It is not for anyone Human, but for the Lord, God/ Adonai, Elohim. My DESIRE is set on the House of my God/ Elohim; all that I have I will give to Him.
• I decree and declare CONSECRATE yourselves WILLINGLY to the Lord/ Adonai, TODAY!
  Consecrate yourselves prior to giving your OFFERINGS unto Him, so that your hearts are PURE.
  Then you will be FILLED WITH JOY, because you have given willingly – wholeheartedly you have given willingly to the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare BLESSED is the Lord/ Adonai, the God/ Elohim of Israel our Father, FOREVER and EVER.
  Lord/ Adonai, Yours is the GREATNESS, the POWER, the GLORY, the VICTORY and the MAJESTY; for Everything in Heaven and on Earth is Yours.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, RICHES and HONOR come from You, You RULE everything, in Your hand is POWER and STRENGTH, you have the capacity to make GREAT and to give STRENGTH to all.
  Therefore, our God/ Elohim, we THANK You and PRAISE Your GLORIOUS Name!
• I decree and declare all THINGS come from You, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, so that what we give You is Yours already.
  For in Your PRESENCE we are Temporary Residents, JUST PASSING THROUGH; our days on Earth are like a shadow!
• I declare we will give WILLINGLY and with INTEGRITY.
  Lord/ Adonai, guard forever the inclinations of the thoughts in the hearts of Your People, direct their Hears to You.
• I decree and declare, in the midst of men’s FURY, you will KEEP YOUR CALM, STAND TALL and DEVOTED to the LORD YOUR GOD!
  You TRUST that the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, Whom you SERVE, is ABLE to SAVE YOU; He will save you even from the BLAZING HOT FURNACE and from the Ruler’s power.
  But even if He doesn’t, you stand strong and not serve foreign gods nor worship images as you have been commanded.
• I decree and declare the enemy’s fierce anger and great turmoil will not dissuade you; there is NO POWER that can stand in the PRESENCE of the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai.
  Realize that the reality of this World FADES in comparison to the REALITY of Heaven on Earth as we WALK IN GOD’S WILL.
  As we walk in His PURPOSE and PLAN another DIMENSION opens up where the BENEFITS of Heaven are FREELY accessed.
• I decree and declare GREAT TESTIMONIES for the Lord God Most High/ Adonai El ‘Elyon will be evident as we WALK and TRUST in His UNFAILING LOVE and GRACE.
  Miracles will abound as we LEARN to step forth BELIEVING.
• I decree and declare many Rulers will TURN to the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah because of the FAITH and MIRACLES that BROUGHT FORTH in their midst.
  As Leaders come to the SAVING KNOWLEDGE of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, entire Nations and governments will be WON for the GLORY of God!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Then King David said to the entire assembly, “My son Solomon, whom alone God has chosen, is still young and inexperienced and the work is great; for the temple is not for man, but for the Lord God. ² Now with all my ability I have provided for the house of my God the gold for the things of gold, and the silver for the things of silver, and the bronze for the things of bronze, the iron for the things of iron, and wood for the things of wood, onyx stones and inlaid stones, stones of antimony and stones of various colors, and all kinds of precious stones and alabaster in abundance. ³ Moreover, in my delight in the house of my God, the treasure I have of gold and silver, I give to the house of my God, over and above all that I have already provided for the holy temple, ⁴ namely, 3,000 talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and 7,000 talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the buildings; ⁵ of gold for the things of gold and of silver for the things of silver, that is, for all the work done by the craftsmen. Who then is willing to consecrate himself this day to the Lord?”
⁶ Then the rulers of the fathers’ households, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, with the overseers over the king’s work, offered willingly; ⁷ and for the service for the house of God they gave 5,000 talents and 10,000 darics of gold, and 10,000 talents of silver, and 18,000 talents of brass, and 100,000 talents of iron. ⁸ Whoever possessed precious stones gave them to the treasury of the house of the Lord, in care of Jehiel the Gershonite. ⁹ Then the people rejoiced because they had offered so willingly, for they made their offering to the Lord with a whole heart, and King David also rejoiced greatly.
¹⁰ So David blessed the Lord in the sight of all the assembly; and David said, “Blessed are You, O Lord God of Israel our father, forever and ever. ¹¹ Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all. ¹² Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone. ¹³ Now therefore, our God, we thank You, and praise Your glorious name.
¹⁴ “But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to offer as generously as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given You. ¹⁵ For we are sojourners before You, and tenants, as all our fathers were; our days on the earth are like a shadow, and there is no hope. ¹⁶ O Lord our God, all this abundance that we have provided to build You a house for Your holy name, it is from Your hand, and all is Yours. ¹⁷ Since I know, O my God, that You try the heart and delight in uprightness, I, in the integrity of my heart, have willingly offered all these things; so now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here, make their offerings willingly to You. ¹⁸ O Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, our fathers, preserve this forever in the intentions of the heart of Your people, and direct their heart to You; ¹⁹ and give to my son Solomon a perfect heart to keep Your commandments, Your testimonies and Your statutes, and to do them all, and to build the temple, for which I have made provision,” 1 Chronicles 29:1-19.

“¹³ Then Nebuchadnezzar in rage and anger gave orders to bring Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego; then these men were brought before the king. ¹⁴ Nebuchadnezzar responded and said to them, “Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the golden image that I have set up? ¹⁵ Now if you are ready, at the moment you hear the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, trigon, psaltery and bagpipe and all kinds of music, to fall down and worship the image that I have made, very well. But if you do not worship, you will immediately be cast into the midst of a furnace of blazing fire; and what god is there who can deliver you out of my hands?”
¹⁶ Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego replied to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to give you an answer concerning this matter. ¹⁷ If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. ¹⁸ But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.”
¹⁹ Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with wrath, and his facial expression was altered toward Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego. He answered by giving orders to heat the furnace seven times more than it was usually heated. ²⁰ He commanded certain valiant warriors who were in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego in order to cast them into the furnace of blazing fire. ²¹ Then these men were tied up in their trousers, their coats, their caps and their other clothes, and were cast into the midst of the furnace of blazing fire. ²² For this reason, because the king’s command was urgent and the furnace had been made extremely hot, the flame of the fire slew those men who carried up Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego. ²³ But these three men, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, fell into the midst of the furnace of blazing fire still tied up.
²⁴ Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astounded and stood up in haste; he said to his high officials, “Was it not three men we cast bound into the midst of the fire?” They replied to the king, “Certainly, O king.” ²⁵ He said, “Look! I see four men loosed and walking about in the midst of the fire without harm, and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods!” ²⁶ Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the door of the furnace of blazing fire; he responded and said, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, come out, you servants of the Most High God, and come here!” Then Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego came out of the midst of the fire. ²⁷ The satraps, the prefects, the governors and the king’s high officials gathered around and saw in regard to these men that the fire had no effect on the bodies of these men nor was the hair of their head singed, nor were their trousers damaged, nor had the smell of fire even come upon them.
²⁸ Nebuchadnezzar responded and said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, who has sent His angel and delivered His servants who put their trust in Him, violating the king’s command, and yielded up their bodies so as not to serve or worship any god except their own God. ²⁹ Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation or tongue that speaks anything offensive against the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego shall be torn limb from limb and their houses reduced to a rubbish heap, inasmuch as there is no other god who is able to deliver in this way.” ³⁰ Then the king caused Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego to prosper in the province of Babylon,” Daniel 3:13-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
