I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare our Father/ Abba in Heaven, HOLY is Your Name.
  You are POWERFUL and SOVEREIGN beyond our comprehension.
  Your KINGDOM IS COMING TO EARTH, as it is ALREADY in Heaven: it is WRITTEN in Your Books!
  We THANK YOU for CHOOSING each of us and LEADING us on Your PATH of RIGHTEOUSNESS!
• I decree and declare the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim is the Hand upon yours as you SHOOT the ARROW, the Lord’s/ Adonai’s ARROW of DELIVERANCE.
  Yes, it is His ARROW of VICTORY over the enemy!
  You will not tire of STRIKING THE GROUND with the Arrows; you will ANNIHILATE your enemies; they will be CONSUMED!
  Your FAITH remains in the Lord your God/ Adonai Eloheykha.
• I decree and declare my Heart is STEADFAST, God/ Elohim.
  I will SING PRAISES with all my Soul!
  With my SONGS I will AWAKEN the DAWN!
  I give THANKS to You, Lord/ Adonai, among the Peoples.
  I will SING to You among the Nations!
• I declare Lord/ Adonai, Your LOVE is HIGHER than the Heavens, Your FAITHFULNESS reaches to the Clouds.
  You are EXALTED above the Heavens, Your GLORY is above all the Earth.
  Your Beloved Ones are DELIVERED!
  You SAVE me with Your RIGHT HAND and ANSWER me.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You have not spurned us.
  You LEAD our armies.
  You are our ONLY STRENGTH against the adversary — for our own deliverance is useless without You.
  With You, our God/ Eloheinu, we will do VALIANTLY — You have TRAMPLED our foes!
  With Your Spirit dwelling within us, WE are STRONG and have OVERCOME the enemy!
• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach HELPS in our weakness.
  For we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit/ Ruach Himself INTERCEDES for us with groans too deep for words.
  And He Who SEARCHES the Hearts KNOWS the mind of the Spirit/ Ruach, because He intercedes for the Saints/ Kedoshim according to the will of God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare ALL THINGS are working together for GOOD to each of us who LOVE GOD/ Elohim, who are CALLED according to His PURPOSE.
  For those whom He foreknew He also PREDESTINED to be conformed to the IMAGE of His son!
• I decree and declare to you whom He PREDESTINED, He also CALLED; and to you whom He CALLED, He also JUSTIFIED; and to you whom He JUSTIFIED, He also GLORIFIED!
  In view of these things, we DECLARE that GOD IS FOR US, and no one can stand against us!
  There is no one who can separate us from the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare in ALL THINGS we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Him Who LOVED us.
  For I am convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing is able to separate us from the LOVE of God that is in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. ¹⁰ ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,” Matthew 6:9-10.

“¹⁵ Elisha said to him, “Take a bow and arrows.” So he took a bow and arrows. ¹⁶ Then he said to the king of Israel, “Put your hand on the bow.” And he put his hand on it, then Elisha laid his hands on the king’s hands. ¹⁷ He said, “Open the window toward the east,” and he opened it. Then Elisha said, “Shoot!” And he shot. And he said, “The Lord’s arrow of victory, even the arrow of victory over Aram; for you will defeat the Arameans at Aphek until you have destroyed them.” ¹⁸ Then he said, “Take the arrows,” and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground,” and he struck it three times and stopped. ¹⁹ So the man of God was angry with him and said, “You should have struck five or six times, then you would have struck Aram until you would have destroyed it. But now you shall strike Aram only three times,”” 2 Kings 13:15-19.

“¹ My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing, I will sing praises, even with my soul. ² Awake, harp and lyre; I will awaken the dawn! ³ I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the peoples, and I will sing praises to You among the nations. ⁴ For Your lovingkindness is great above the heavens, and Your truth reaches to the skies. ⁵ Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth. ⁶ That Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and answer me!
⁷ God has spoken in His holiness: “I will exult, I will portion out Shechem and measure out the valley of Succoth. ⁸ “Gilead is Mine, Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim also is the helmet of My head; Judah is My scepter. ⁹ “Moab is My washbowl; over Edom I shall throw My shoe; over Philistia I will shout aloud.”
¹⁰ Who will bring me into the besieged city? Who will lead me to Edom? ¹¹ Have not You Yourself, O God, rejected us? And will You not go forth with our armies, O God? ¹² Oh give us help against the adversary, for deliverance by man is in vain. ¹³ Through God we will do valiantly, and it is He who shall tread down our adversaries,” Psalm 108:1-13.

“²⁶ In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words ²⁷ and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
²⁸ And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. ²⁹ For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; ³⁰ and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.
³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? ³² He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? ³³ Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; ³⁴ who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. ³⁵ Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ³⁶ Just as it is written, “For Your sake we are being put to death all day long; we were considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
³⁷ But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. ³⁸ For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 8:26-39.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
