Declarations & Decrees: With Authority and Faith You Are Reaching the World for Christ/ Messiah!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare ALL AUTHORITY of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua has been given to you, therefore GO! Go and make People from ALL NATIONS into Disciples, Students, IMMERSING them into the REALITY of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, and TEACHING them to OBEY everything that He has COMMANDED you!
• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah says, “REMEMBER! I AM with you ALWAYS, yes, even until the End of the Age!”
• I decree and declare, as the People were AMAZED at the way Jesus/ Yeshua taught in the synagogue, so the People who HEAR you will be in AWE at the WISDOM of God/ Elohim coming forth from you.
  We PRAISE the Lord/ Adonai for His INDWELLING SPIRIT Who Leads and GUIDES us in all our ways!
• I decree and declare you are the Sons and Daughters of God Almighty/ El Shaddai, through REDEMPTION of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  There is No Greater Name than the Name of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  You have AUTHORITY to cast out unclean spirits.
  They cannot stand when confronted by His POWER.
  The World will be ASTOUNDED to SEE the POWER that you carry because you WALK in His Presence, through the Blood of the Lamb.
• I decree and declare it is the NATURAL WAY in the Lord to TOUCH the sick, RAISE them up and they will be healed!
  Those who are ill and controlled by demons will come to you because of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh flowing through you.
• I decree and declare you walk your LIFE in PRAYER.
  You KNOW that PRAYER is your COMMUNICATION with the Father.
  It is through this daily dialog that you KNOW His Voice and His COMMUNION.
  You find COMFORT in following His Leading rather than the suggestions of men.
• I decree and declare you will DISCERN and RISE ABOVE the disrespect you receive from your family and home town; there are many who know you so closely that they cannot see the Lord’s work in your life; they LACK TRUST in Him, in His ability to work through you.
• I decree and declare the Lord is commissioning you to GO OUT in pairs and teams!
  He has given you AUTHORITY over the unclean spirits!
  Trust the Lord for your provision as you journey.
  Bless the homes that receive you and shake the dust off your feet as a warning to those who refuse to welcome you.
• I decree and declare you are CAUTIOUS that no one takes you captive by means of philosophy and empty deceit, for it does not agree with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  For in Him, bodily, lives the FULLNESS of ALL that GOD IS.
  And it is in UNION with Him that you have been made FULL – He is the Head of Every RULE and AUTHORITY!
• I decree and declare you will not be enticed by those who engage in angel worship or who speak of their visions in order to vainly puff themselves up by their worldly outlook.
  These fail to hold to the Head, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, from whom the WHOLE BODY, receiving supply and being held together, GROWS as God makes it grow.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁶ But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. ¹⁷ When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. ¹⁸ And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age,” Matthew 28:16-20.

“²¹ They went into Capernaum; and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the synagogue and began to teach. ²² They were amazed at His teaching; for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. ²³ Just then there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, ²⁴ saying, “What business do we have with each other, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” ²⁵ And Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” ²⁶ Throwing him into convulsions, the unclean spirit cried out with a loud voice and came out of him. ²⁷ They were all amazed, so that they debated among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.” ²⁸ Immediately the news about Him spread everywhere into all the surrounding district of Galilee.
²⁹ And immediately after they came out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. ³⁰ Now Simon’s mother-in-law was lying sick with a fever; and immediately they spoke to Jesus about her. ³¹ And He came to her and raised her up, taking her by the hand, and the fever left her, and she waited on them.
³² When evening came, after the sun had set, they began bringing to Him all who were ill and those who were demon-possessed. ³³ And the whole city had gathered at the door. ³⁴ And He healed many who were ill with various diseases and cast out many demons; and He was not permitting the demons to speak, because they knew who He was.
³⁵ In the early morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place, and was praying there. ³⁶ Simon and his companions searched for Him; ³⁷ they found Him, and said to Him, “Everyone is looking for You.” ³⁸ He said to them, “Let us go somewhere else to the towns nearby, so that I may preach there also; for that is what I came for.” ³⁹ And He went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out the demons,” Mark 1:21-39.

“⁴ Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and among his own relatives and in his own household.” ⁵ And He could do no miracle there except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. ⁶ And He wondered at their unbelief. And He was going around the villages teaching.
⁷ And He summoned the twelve and began to send them out in pairs, and gave them authority over the unclean spirits; ⁸ and He instructed them that they should take nothing for their journey, except a mere staff—no bread, no bag, no money in their belt— ⁹ but to wear sandals; and He added, “Do not put on two tunics.” ¹⁰ And He said to them, “Wherever you enter a house, stay there until you leave town. ¹¹ Any place that does not receive you or listen to you, as you go out from there, shake the dust off the soles of your feet for a testimony against them.” ¹² They went out and preached that men should repent. ¹³ And they were casting out many demons and were anointing with oil many sick people and healing them,” Mark 6:4-13.

“⁸ See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ. ⁹ For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, ¹⁰ and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority……
……. ¹⁸ Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind, ¹⁹ and not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.
²⁰ If you have died with Christ to the elementary principles of the world, why, as if you were living in the world, do you submit yourself to decrees, such as, ²¹ “Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch!” ²² (which all refer to things destined to perish with use)—in accordance with the commandments and teachings of men? ²³ These are matters which have, to be sure, the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of the body but are of no value against fleshly indulgence,” Colossians 2:8-10, 18-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
