I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the WISE will not boast of their own wisdom, the POWERFUL will not boast of their power, the WEALTHY will not boast of their wealth; INSTEAD, they will BOAST about this: that they each UNDERSTAND and KNOW God Almighty/ El Shaddai: the Father, the Son: Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, and Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is He Who practices GRACE, JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS in the Land; for in these things does He TAKE PLEASURE.
• I decree and declare Spirit of the Lord/ Adonai RESTS ON those CHOSEN by the Lord/ Adonai; the Spirit of WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING, the Spirit of COUNSEL and POWER, the Spirit of KNOWLEDGE and FEARING the Lord!
  These are qualities of those who WALK IN GOD’S WAY.
• I decree and declare the Chosen in our Governments WILL BE INSPIRED by FEARING THE LORD/ ADONAI.
  They will not judge by what their eyes see or decide by what their ears hear, but they will JUDGE the impoverished JUSTLY; they will DECIDE FAIRLY for the humble of the Land.
• I decree and declare God’s POWER has given you EVERYTHING YOU NEED for LIFE and GODLINESS, through your knowing the One who called you to HIS OWN GLORY and GOODNESS.
  By these He has given you VALUABLE and MATCHLESSLY GREAT PROMISES, so that through them you might come to SHARE in God’s Nature and ESCAPE the CORRUPTION which evil desires have brought into the World.
• I decree and declare you will furnish your FAITH with GOODNESS, goodness with KNOWLEDGE, knowledge with SELF-CONTROL, self-control with PERSEVERANCE, perseverance with GODLINESS, godliness with BROTHERLY AFFECTION, and brotherly affection with LOVE.
  For as you have these QUALITIES in ABUNDANCE, they will KEEP YOU from being barren and unfruitful in the KNOWLEDGE of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare you are making your being CALLED and CHOSEN a CERTAINTY.
  For as you keep doing this, you will NEVER STUMBLE.
  In doing so you will be GENEROUSLY SUPPLIED with EVERYTHING you need to ENTER the Eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Deliverer, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare you are FANNING the FLAME of God’s Gift; for God gave you His Spirit who PRODUCES POWER, LOVE and SELF-DISCIPLINE.
  DO NOT BE ASHAMED of bearing Testimony to our Lord; on the contrary, ACCEPT YOUR SHARE in suffering disgrace for the sake of the Good News.
  God will give you the STRENGTH for it, since He DELIVERED us and CALLED us to a life of HOLINESS as His People.
• I decree and declare it was not because of our deeds, but because of HIS OWN PURPOSE and the GRACE which He gave to us WHO ARE UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  He did this BEFORE the BEGINNING of TIME and made it public through the appearing of our Deliverer, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, Who ABOLISHED DEATH and REVEALED LIFE and IMMORTALITY.
• I decree and declare it is for the Good News that you are APPOINTED a PROCLAIMER, EMISSARY and TEACHER in this hour.
  You are not ashamed, because you know Him in Whom you have put your TRUST, and you are PERSUADED that He can KEEP SAFE until that Day what He has ENTRUSTED to You!
• I decree and declare you FOLLOW the pattern of the SOUND TEACHING of the Lord, with TRUST and LOVE with is yours in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  You will KEEP SAFE the GREAT TREASURE that has been entrusted to you, with the help of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh who lives in you.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²³ Thus says the Lord, “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; ²⁴ but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the Lord,” Jeremiah 9:23-24.

“¹ Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit. ² The Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. ³ And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, and He will not judge by what His eyes see, nor make a decision by what His ears hear; ⁴ But with righteousness He will judge the poor, and decide with fairness for the afflicted of the earth; and He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked. ⁵ Also righteousness will be the belt about His loins, and faithfulness the belt about His waist,” Isaiah 11:1-5.

“³ seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. ⁴ For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. ⁵ Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, ⁶ and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, ⁷ and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. ⁸ For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins. ¹⁰ Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; ¹¹ for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you,” 2 Peter 1:3-11.

“⁶ For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. ⁷ For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. ⁸ Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God, ⁹ who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity, ¹⁰ but now has been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, ¹¹ for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle and a teacher. ¹² For this reason I also suffer these things, but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day. ¹³ Retain the standard of sound words which you have heard from me, in the faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. ¹⁴ Guard, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you,” 2 Timothy 1:6-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
