Godly Reactions

So many things are happening, we are seeing attacks like never before, some of them may well be paybacks.

However, I think this is a time where we are to be more prayerful and pay more attention to what is happening around us, rather than speaking out or expressing our grudges or dislikes for certain things — or even people.

God does not see things like we do, and sometimes His Judgment or Exposure concerning another can actually be for the elevation of the person.

Sometimes what happens after the Judgment or Correction of a person is solely based on how they choose to respond to Him.

Before we become so quick to rejoice or write a post [on Facebook], we are to ask ourselves, what is our motive for writing, or even commenting on a certain post?

I know that we can get fleshy because it is in our nature, but we must use wisdom.

God does not treat people like we do. He may very well be correcting them, but always be reminded, it is because of His Love for us — not the other way around.

Wickedness in The House of God

Never have we seen so much evil and wickedness, especially in The House of God.

My heart cries for The Church, the True Church.

When did it become okay to use or practice astrology, necromancy, witchcraft, seances, Obeah?

Have we now lost our minds?

God never — and He will never — excuse sin.

To those of us who have not only sat-in, but have also joined-in, practicing these things, you, me, we will all have to give an answer to God.

There ought to be a difference between the clean and the unclean, the pure and the impure.

These practices have become so popular that some are not the least concerned about the damage they are doing, to not only themselves, but to others.

Hello! Our soul… your soul, is important to God. What example are we setting for those in the world?

Isaiah 5:20-21 says

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight…..”

“We nuh need fi mix the gospel wid nuttin.”

I am sorry, that was the Jamaican Patwah translation. For those who are of a different language and culture, here is the English translation: “The Gospel does not need to be mixed with anything.”

None of these practices can EVER be substituted for the anointing or giftings of Almighty God.

What has really gone wrong?

Why are we seeing so much occult practices especially in the Church, even amongst leaders who are supposed to know better and live consecrated lives?

This is something that I have gone to God about. Apart from somethings being revealed to me, I do notice the trend.

Life happens, and we all have reasons as to why we do what we do (which does not justify our reasons for doing it), but I still cannot bring myself to accept it, because it is not of God and it is not right.

I know times have changed, but The Word of God has not changed.

I have faults of my own that I am dealing with, which means I am definitely not perfect — but The Church is called to be The Church.

The Church is a representation of Christ and must act as such.

My sincere desire and prayer is that there will be genuine repentance, because we need to get back to the heart of God.

God loves us, but it is time when we must be reminded, He does not love our sin. God sees! He beholds the good and the evil. Just because we are not confronted by a prophet, does not mean our sin has gone unnoticed.

We have The Word of God that warns us about going down to Egypt, and we have The Holy Spirit who convicts.

The Word of God says there is a way that seems right to a man — but it’s end is the way of death, (Proverbs 14:12).
