Have you noticed a recent change happening in your dream life or your ability to hear the voice of God lately?

If you haven’t yet, then expect to over the next few weeks. This is a time of year in which there is a lot of spiritual activity regarding our lives and what we will do over the next year.

This month the Jewish New Year, called Rosh Hashanah, fell on September 13–15, 2015. Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, was September 22–23.

I don’t celebrate these holidays, as we are no longer under the Old Testament Law. But God still operates on the Jewish calendar and this is a time in which there is a lot of spiritual activity happening. Here’s why:

Heavenly books opened

According to Jewish tradition, God inscribes each person’s fate for the coming year into a book, the Book of Life, on Rosh Hashanah, and waits until Yom Kippur to “seal” the verdict. During the Days of Awe, a Jew tries to amend his or her behavior and seek forgiveness for wrongs done against God and against other human beings. The evening and day of Yom Kippur are set aside for public and private petitions and confessions of guilt. At the end of Yom Kippur, one hopes that they have been forgiven by God.

We no longer have to atone for our own sins as that was done for us through the Cross of Christ. But God opens the Book of Life over us all each year during the time of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

Heavenly books opened over you?

What does it mean that the Heavenly books are opened over you? Each year at this time we go through a time of evaluation for promotions in the spiritual realm. God spoke to me that there will be a great number of people who will be promoted and repaid for the past seven years of attacks and losses.

This year is also special because we are entering into a new 7-year time of turnaround.

• Seven years ago (September 2008) was the start of the housing market crash and economic downturn.
• Seven years before that the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks ushered in a spirit of fear and hopelessness.

God spoke to me that this month, September 2015, is a time of a significant turnaround for those who are looking for it. God is repaying people who have suffered significant losses and suffered injustices and rejection. Look for good things

“If you search for good, you will find favor; but if you search for evil, it will find you!” Proverbs 11:27 NLT.

This is an exciting time and I would encourage you not to listen to the negative clamor about September being a time of economic crash and losses.

Those who are looking for bad things will indeed miss out on this time of radical repayment, blessings and advancement.
