WHEN THEY ENCOUNTER YOU, DO THEY FIND ME?
~Show Them My Glory!~
I had one of the greatest things said to me that any person could ever say to me in this life. I didn’t hardly know this person, but she said that she could tell that I truly knew the one that her soul longed for and loved. It has truly been a pursuit of mine to know Him so that when I’m in the presence of others they might encounter and be drawn to Him!!
That is what we all should be seeking and that is, when others encounter us they encounter Him! No matter if that causes us to look like a fool or not! I want them to know Him! I want them to know that He loves them and has the greatest life for them that they could ever imagine! It may not be a life of riches or it may be. Regardless, it is abundant life, regardless of their social status, who they are or what they look like because living for Him brings the peace that passes all understanding into our being.
I want them to know that He is worth more than anything that this life has to offer! I want them to know that He is merciful and He is kind, that He is one who never leaves them or forsakes them, that He loves them with an everlasting love. I do not want them just to read dead words on a page, but to see and feel and hear what He has put in my heart, what I have been through and what He has brought me out of! My goal should be that they might see Him and not me. That they might know His heart. Yes, His heart. That’s it, His heart.
If prophecy is one thing, it is seeking His face until you hear His heart and then resounding it to those that He puts in your path! The more you seek Him, the more you will know Him and the more you know Him, the more you will hear Him. Thus, the more revelation you will have to share with those that are hungry for Him. He is not withholding revelation from you! He wants you to hear Him correctly so He says, “If you draw near to Me, I will draw near to you. If you seek me, you will find me if you seek me with all of your heart!”
You can either have a mundane, selfish life or you can have an exciting, abundant life in Him! You are the key to someone’s deliverance because He wants you to be as He is in this world. His representative, His voice, His hands and His feet but you must first hear His heart!! Then Resound! Resound! Resound!
John the Apostle was the one who laid his head on Jesus’ breast at the last supper and he was the one who said that he was the Apostle whom Jesus loved. He is also the one who received the great revelation on the Isle of Patmos. Wade Urban tells of a pastor he knew that always said, “The consolation of isolation is revelation.” In other words, laying your head on His breast in a quiet place away from all else is where we receive revelation knowledge from Him.
Oh the splendor of His presence!! Oh the wisdom you will gain! The knowledge of the Holy! The glimpses of Glory! Only to arise and come forth as Moses did, with His face shining so brightly that the people could not look upon him. Only God wants to show His glory through us now! He wants us to arise and shine! Yes, shine as lights in the midst of a crooked and a perverse nation!! So it is time to hear Him and then arise and give them Jesus !!
Song of Songs 2:9-10 “My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he stands behind our wall, he looks forth at the windows, showing himself through the lattice. My beloved spoke, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.”
Jeremiah 29:13 “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”
