When the Lord is Silent
“I pray to you, O Lord, my rock. Do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you are silent, I might as well give up and die. Listen to my prayer for mercy as I cry out to you for help, as I lift my hands toward your holy sanctuary. … Praise the Lord! For he has heard my cry for mercy,” Psalm 28:1-2,6 NLT.
My child, I sent the man of God with the word about the hidden ones. It is the hour for My hidden ones to be revealed. What was hidden from the evil one and the world, at times, was also hidden from your personal understanding. Many have been pressing in to know what their true calling is but I have remained silent. You may ask, “Why, Abba, will you not show me at this time what I am to do?”
My silence tested the sincerity of your hearts. My silence created an environment for your faith to flourish. When natural understanding brings no answers, the child of God is driven to My Word. There you find the promises and the Foundation Rock upon which to stand — even when I AM silent.
Faith and patience work together. Faith believes My Word. Patience is not stirred by current events. It is long-suffering knowing that I AM trustworthy and the walk of faith is for the long-haul not a sprint.
It is in the wilderness where you mature into a well-tested son. The life of the Beloved Son is your example. The wilderness came before the overt manifestation of My Kingdom through His tested and tried vessel. All must pass under the Shepherd’s Rod if they are to be trusted with Kingdom authority.
Now, the wilderness must give way to the days of exploits and the greater works. Some have been shown the fire falling and I have told you the rains have been released (former and latter rain together). These are the same. I will rain down fire and living water even as one move of My Spirit. I have told you that I AM moving and the evil one and his hordes are frantic to shore up their walls of division, strife, envy, and corruption. But I will laugh at him for My tested and tried ones are coming out to Me from their hiding places.
I have longed for this season. The signs in the moon and sun have sounded an alarm to those who were slumbering. Even the planet alignments* have caused the unbelievers to consider something is up in this hour. More shaking is coming but My people are not to fear. I have called forth My hidden ones; they will speak My Word and will not touch My glory.
Stay the course, My precious ones. Your commission and orders are now being revealed from the Captain of your salvation. Truth and justice are the foundation of My Throne and you will be a part of reviving them in this land. Be vigilant. No one at war can be complacent (lukewarm) if they are to complete their mission. A call to attention was sounded as the shofar was blown. Now the provisions and authority are being meted out as the company gathers.
Be assured, the time in the hidden place has produced great fruit. Be not afraid for I AM with you every step. Rejoice for My plan cannot fail; I AM prevails. My blessings I shower upon you and yours this day. It is My pleasure to say, “There is no more delay.” Shalom.
Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. “For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay” Hebrews 10:36-37, NLT.
