What’s Our Response?
Ninety nine percent of the time I have learned to pray for others, instead of say to others.
The Holy Spirit is the only one who can bring lasting change in a person’s life. We must be so ever careful and frugal with words we speak or write.
The LORD is close to those who are broken and have a contrite heart; HE will not despise.
God sees everything, but we see through a glass darkly and not completely. We must be so ever careful in our approach in loving and support to God’s people.
What circumstances we think we see in others, we only know in part. God sees to the very core of the person.
He sees them perfected, from the beginning till the end. He is the only one who can bring lasting change and it is through HIS loving kindness that He leads to repentance.
Don’t speak of others failures according to the things you think you see.
Don’t run but talk to God and give God room.
Pray, pray, and pray and ask God if you can offer some assistance in their time of need.
The good Samaritan knew what being a reject was. If we are proud and walk with our nose in the air refusing to even glance at that person, we could be in serious trouble and in agreement and league with the religious of this day.
Seek God for those who cannot see; those who are injured and left for dead.
Most times it takes a reject to know a reject. God shall often send His angels to minister to those in desperate circumstances.
What is our response?
“For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones,” Isaiah 57:15 KJV.
“The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit,” Psalms 34:18 KJV.
“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise,” Psalms 51:17 KJV.
