“And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land. If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not,” Numbers 14:7-9 (KJV).

You have a purpose and plan to fulfill in this life, and he brings us to a land, an exceeding good land, where his will can be accomplished. Don’t let the devil get the better of you and tell you otherwise. It is exceeding good, and all in the eye of the beholder, open your eyes and see it is filled with milk and honey. You see, you have to recognize it as a gift from God.

Now, if you stay in obedience and are willing, He will bring you into the land. You may already own a piece property, or a house in a neighborhood, or even a job, and live there, but you have to take possession of it.

Some people would rather be somewhere else, doing something else. You see, it’s not just a physical thing to be somewhere, but also spiritual, you have to see it for what it is, an opportunity for the LORD to work.

You can be somewhere and never really occupy it spiritually because you haven’t submitted yourself to God for it and taken ownership. You have to let Him bring you in. If the land is exceeding good that means it is worth something, and it is fertile, ripe for harvest.

The LORD has given it to you for possession, so fruit can be born. Don’t rebel against the LORD, or be afraid of their faces…………

He would not place you there without a reason, without help. The LORD told Israel not to be afraid of the people for they were bread for them and their defense was departed from them, for the LORD was with them….. Fear Not! Wow, what a promise, and it is for you, too.

Sounds like the major work has been done for you already by God’s grace and love. Beloved, the Holy Spirit and the armies of heaven are waiting for you to engage them by faith. It’s time to believe God in your situation and watch the doors open so you can go take possession of your land. God will show you the way!
