What Language Do You Speak?
Having traveled many different countries, I am aware that we don’t always all speak the same language.
Also we are more comfortable with the language we first learned. Don’t we love our comfort zone?
But learning something new changes us! Could it be we sometimes drop out when we get to the “learning curve” and lose true communication?
One thing I learned in different cultures, LOVE needs no translator. It is understood by all.
What Are You Communicating?
Let’s check our connection… do we need to recharge?
Complaining is the fruit of unbelief. I often find myself complaining about something that I have control over but allowed fear of the unknown to stop me from going forward.
I have determined to keep my heart with diligence that I might not have speak the language of unbelief.
So I have concluded that complaining is the language of unbelief and that when I have allowed that language to be the language I speak, I have entered into fear instead of faith.
In the hour we are now in.. it seems there is a great mixture of faith and fear trying to speak out of the same mouth, but I realize that we lose our divine connection when we try to speak two languages at the same time!
Praise and thanksgiving are the language of faith. Faith is the opposite of fear. When I choose to praise HIM and in everything give thanks, I am in the will of God. The just shall live by faith.
There was even a Christian book written about what is your Love Languages. It seems everyone responds to a different expression of love or has a special way they demonstrate love and yet I must say there is only one definition that is the perfect communication that never fails .. GOD IS LOVE.. He expresses His love in everlasting ways.
I Choose to Let the Language of Faith That Works by Love Be My First Language!
Faith is the substance of things hoped for. When I can’t see it yet in the natural, I can call it forth in the spirit.
Walking by faith not by sight must be accompanied by strength and courage.
I have decided to put the language of faith right up there with the language of love for when I walk in love and faith, it brings great joy. And the word of God says Faith works by Love.
Galatians 5:6 says, “For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.”
Faith works by love. It is energized by love. Faith is put into motion by love.
As I write this, I realize we have the power of two every where we turn… faith works by love. Grace and mercy are tied together for a powerful punch.
Finally, beloved, if we know it, we must do it! I for one, have not arrived at perfection. If you find this too elementary, maybe you have already been perfected and don’t need any reminders.
No matter what, make a joyful noise.
Fear not.. only believe.
Faith is the one way street… no turning back.
Love never fails…
So reminder to self… JUST DO IT!
“Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content,” Philippians 4:11.
