What Jesus Says About Relationship
Not just facts! What Jesus says about relationship!
Some Christian’s are so focused on the resurrection of Jesus, that they become hyper focused on the “business side” of The Cross.
Meaning, Jesus resurrected to remove sin from us and input The Holy Spirit within us — and that is all they want to talk about.
It is important to know and believe that, but remember not to get lost in the fact that Jesus is very relational.
1 John shows us that Jesus was God and He was real and visible to all around Him.
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life — the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us,” 1 John 1:1-2.
Since Jesus was manifested in human flesh, it means that He was relational and wanted interactions with people.
It is not all business — covenant, blood, sin, etc.
Once I went golfing and as I am playing I was asking Jesus questions such as, “What club should I use now?” and “Why did the ball go to the left?”
As I am asking these questions, the still small voice of God answered me.
That night a prophet messaged me and said, “Jesus spoke to me and I could tell He was smiling. He said “Travis took Me golfing today.””
Jesus wants more relational experiences with you.
He is craving that. Jesus wants your attention, your heart, and your conversations.
Jesus says: “It is more than a contract — in which I came to rid you of your sins and establish The Holy Spirit within you.
I came so you could see My Grace and My Truth… You could interact with Me.
Did you know there were people who touched Me and spoke with Me?
There were people who received hugs from Me. I sat down and ate with those. I played with the children in the streets. I sat down and talked with others and cared for their feelings.
I was physical not invisible. I was relational.
I want people to see the relational side of Me and not just as a business deal — of Me removing sins and going back home to Heaven.
The relational part will set you apart.
You will see that I am just as real and tangible as I was back then when I walked the streets and ate food with My People.
I AM with you and care for you.
Agree with Me in Faith. You will see that the relational side will open up your eyes and you will interact with Me on a greater level.”
~ Travis Coffey
Travis Coffey was called by Christ to be a prophet. His desire is to help people get informed about who Jesus is, and what is He is doing during these end times.
“Travis took me golfing today.” I love this! :)
Thanks for sharing this word, relationship really is the “why” for all the rest, isn’t it.
