The normal body temperature for adults is 98.6 F degrees (37 Celsius).

There is a very small temperature range humans operate in, as one adult may be 98.9 degrees and another be at 98.5 degrees.

However, if everyone is very close to the exact same body temperature then why can people experience such different body conditions?

For example, my dad and I will live in the same house, but he will often say “I feel very hot” but I am cold and have a sweater on . He always feels hot and I always feel cold, but we have the same body temperature.

Why is this?

Many in the medical field will talk about body fat, menopause, iron levels, and more as they try to explain it.

And many times they are right… But here is what The LORD says: “I have prepared your bodies for the environment in which you are going to live.”

For example, I live in a very cold state in the United States that receives a lot of snow. I am cold, all year around — even in the summer. I love the heat and I have been like that since a baby.

Jesus has plans to move me to another environment — another state or country that is warmer.

In other words, Jesus prepares you in many ways to guide you into your physical destination that He has planned for you.

Jesus has you on this earth at a specific time for a specific reason.

Are you in the correct physical place?

Pay attention to your body, but first and foremost seek after Jesus and what He wants.

Jesus knows you best and He will explain to you where you should be — and when!
