Take a moment now, if you would, and recall a defining moment when the Word of God changed the direction of your life. Maybe, like me, you could point to a number of occasions like that. Those kinds of testimonies find a very natural place in this six-part Teaching Legacy Letter series by Derek Prince called “What God’s Word Will Do For You.”

In this second teaching, Derek not only shows how the direction of our lives can be shifted by the Word of God. He also lays out the process by which the Scriptures can open up new levels of faith in our relationship with Jesus Christ. From Derek’s personal testimony comes this bit of encouragement:

God was telling me that if I didn’t have faith, I could get it. This is what He was showing me: there is a way that faith will come.

You could probably guess the source Derek was crediting for the faith he was seeking. His love for the Word of God is clearly spelled out in this segment, and we trust it will be especially encouraging to you.
