What Foundation Do You Build On?
“According to the grace of god which is given unto me, as a wise master-builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ,” 1 Corinthians 3:10-11.
Nobody would build a house with no foundation!
Everyone who knows anything about building houses, knows that they must begin with foundation work. If a house is built upon the ground with no proper footing, it will not stand, but will fall down.
Nothing will work in a house with no foundation; it will be all out of level and will crack and begin to fall down immediately.
Jesus/ Yeshua is the foundation! There is no other foundation upon which to build.
If you are building on your idea or men’s opinions, or some crazy religious dogma…. you are on the wrong foundation.
Nothing you build will be of any value, except you build on Jesus Christ/ Yeshua, the savior. All your works will be in vain. No rewards are given out for works built upon the wrong foundation.
Make sure of what foundation you build, before you start!
Think!
