We Need to Just Touch the Hem of His Garment
We Need to Just Touch the Hem of His Garment
— to be Every Whit Whole
We must humble ourselves and get low enough to touch the hem of his garment.
Let’s consider the woman in The Bible who did so.
She went through much to even get to Jesus! She didn’t let the crowd stop her. She needed a miracle so she pressed through the crowds.
Today I will not write much but let the song and scriptures deliver this Word.
Lets press through to get to Jesus, by Faith. He will not turn us away!
This song is one I have sung many times over the years. After the video I will enclose the lyrics.
Touching Jesus
A woman tried many physicians
Yet grew worse, so to Jesus she came.
And when the crowd tried to restrain her
She whispered these words through her pain.
Chorus:
Touching Jesus is all that matters
Then your life will never be the same;
There is only one way to touch Him,
Just believe when you call on His name.
I was bound when I knelt at that old altar,
But they said Jesus could meet ev’ry need;
And when this pris’ner finally touched Jesus,
He set me free, praise the Lord, free indeed!
Chorus:
Touching Jesus is all that matters
Then your life will never be the same;
There is only one way to touch Him,
Just believe when you call on His name.
“And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.” Mark 5:25-34.
God bless you all.

May God who sees in secret reward you for all you do in God’s vineyard to harvest souls for Christ. Thanks for your prompt response.
Thank you Adams. It is All about us building the Kingdom of God.
I truly hope you can play the songs as the song I found this morning was someone I had never heard of before.
The article is not published yet but is on praise and worship. We will go down if we dont keep that joy bubbling in our hearts. God’s richest Blessings.
There is virtually no one right now who is not batting one form of stubborn ailment or issues that burdens us either concerning our church, nation, friends, family etc. We therefore need to summon courage despite the distractions from several things seeking our attentions in today’s busy world to touch the Hem of Jesus garment daily through Bible studying/prayers, living a righteous life etc & all will be surmounted. JESUS IS WAITING!
You are absolutely right, Adams! Jesus is waiting and gently wooing many still. We pray they come to the Lord now while they are still getting that call. I know that is our plea. Eternity waits for no one! God bless you
I really enjoyed this was very good.
Love you Jon. Thanks for reading, son
We may push through the crowd for healing, but will we push through the crowd for an increase in the stature of Christ in our lives?
Ephesians 4:12-13 TPT
And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. These grace ministries will function until we all attain oneness into the faith, until we all experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God, and finally we become one into a perfect man with the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed into the abundance of Christ.
Peter what you are talking about is off my topic sir but allow me to quote:
Eph 4:11 out of
kjv for it surely goes with verses 12 & 13.
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” God bless you.
AMEN listening to the song now and reading Hallelujah America to proud to get down on knees and pray
You so right, my bro.
Ron. Every one is going to bow one day. Better people humbly bow now and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and make Him their Savior.
