We Need More Time!
There’s an old song we used to sing a long time ago.
It was very simple…. “Wait a little longer please Jesus, so many are still wandering out in sin. Just a little longer, please Jesus. A few more days to get our loved ones in.”
I’ve wanted Him to come now. While looking around at this world, the many things that are going on everywhere and the evil that has overtaken so much here, I’ve been ready.
I won’t let go of the work I’ve believed God will do yet before it’s finished. I can’t. And I don’t believe we’re supposed to.
The scripture says that in the mouth of two or three witnesses, let every word be established. There is definitely a host of people here who also carry that sense of direction.
If this sounds very mundane to some, so be it. It does not seem likely that such a battle that has been trained for and planned for, would simply be called off. It is certain, that the enemy has not surrendered.
For at least the last year or more, I’ve been telling God that. It’s been like a desperation; an urgency and a crying out, in a spoken voice.
The things we’ve seen transpiring; the forces that have gathered themselves against those who might give us more time, causes great alarm.
I talked to The LORD before beginning this message, because I felt very tired, and honestly, somewhat drained.
God spoke to me, and He said, “Follow.”
Follow what? The leading of His Spirit!
Jesus said, “My Sheep know My Voice…” (John 20:27) He meant what He said. We will hear His Voice now; we have to, and we’re supposed to.
God is going to speak to you or He’s not. I’m saying as humbly as I know how: stop worrying about what others think about God speaking to you in a voice you can hear.
He’s been speaking out loud to people throughout time; it’s written clearly in The Book. It may also be in a vision or a dream, or through His written Word.
We have to hear. How many times did Jesus say clearly about those who have an ear? He said, “Let them hear….”
We can’t be worried about what someone might have told us in days gone past. Many heard from God, in great ways, and The Spirit confirmed it.
Thank God for that. But what is your experience now. In such a time as this, why wouldn’t He speak openly?
I am persuaded that it is determined by how complete our own relationship is with Him. How deep in The Spirit realm we are.
I’ve told God. “You’ve got to stop some of these powers of darkness that have reared their heads in such a horde of hosts.
“You must come against those in this land who have sold their very souls to destroy the very work that must yet be done. You have to, or all is lost.”
Some will say, you mean you talk to God like that? Who do you think you are? Oh, I’m nobody. But I know who He is and I know what He is. And He knows me.
It is written that David told God to hurry up, more than one time. But God also heard that vessel, worship and praise Him also.
When you’ve gone through a great deal of sickness and so much suffering, you’ve hurt til you can’t anymore, you might want The LORD to take you. Oh, don’t fault me…. Things can come against you and you can be tormented by those who were supposed to love you.
You can be so weary you can’t walk or breathe. I sometimes go back to the time when the apostles were “pressed out of measure,” ( Corinthians 1:8). We likely haven’t talked about how they “despaired even of life.” But they did!
I want Jesus to come back! I think, LORD, you have to, soon! I’m not a scholar, I know little. But I can sense what was said about no faith being left on the earth. (Luke 18:8)
That’s why we just have to be deeper in Him. So He can minister to us from a different place and building ourselves up in The Holy Ghost.
Pray in the Spirit, the best way you can; as much as you know how.
I feel God is going to uproot and re-shake some things; it’s actually already happening.
Let us discern people, let us be a better witness of power. It’s in His hands. But some may be up to us.

I’m with you; too many on the threshold ready to receive His Wonderful Way. My hope is in an amazing harvest to proclaim His Glory. Jesus is worthy of MANY more willing knees to bow and tongues to confess that Jesus is Lord. Thank you for your hopeful hope :) God bless you and keep you.
An awesome word brother! I so agree; deeper still deeper we must go … it is in our weariness, tiredness, and sadness at what we see around us that HE BECOMES strong on our behalf! Great is His faithfulness; we need to dig deeper and stand form in ours. God bless you and the Church as we face the onslaught of the world with hearts strong and faces like flint! :)
