Declarations & Decrees: We Laugh at the Enemy for Our God Is in Control!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is RESTORING your FORTUNES; it isn’t a dream!
  Your mouth is full of LAUGHTER and your tongue SHOUTS for JOY!
  The Nations will SEE that the Lord/ Adonai has done GREAT THINGS for you! RISE ABOVE THE “NOW” – step into His RESTORATION!”
• I decree and declare God does not reject you who walk blameless before Him.
  He will fill your mouth with LAUGHTER and your LIPS with shouts of JOY!
  LAUGH with the JOY of KNOWING GOD IS IN CONTROL!
  LAUGH at the schemes of the enemy; they will not succeed.
  LAUGHTER brings HEALING to your soul: “A joyful heart is good medicine!” (Proverbs 17:22)
• I decree and declare you have not seen, nor heard or even imagined ALL THE THINGS GOD HAS PREPARED FOR YOU WHO LOVE HIM!
  But to us, through Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh GOD HAS REVEALED THESE THINGS!
  For the Spirit/ Ruach probes all things, even the PROFOUNDEST DEPTHS of God!
• I decree and declare we have not received the spirit of the World but the Spirit/ Ruach of God/ Elohim, so that we can UNDERSTAND the things GOD HAS SO FREELY GIVEN US.
  This is why we do not speak according to Human wisdom, for God has LIFTED US UP ABOVE this World.
  We use a manner of speaking TAUGHT BY THE SPIRIT/ RUACH, which brings LIFE and JOY into our Earthly Realm.
• I decree and declare you who have Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh can EVALUATE EVERYTHING, while no one is in a position to evaluate Him.
  For no one has known the MIND of the Lord/ Adonai. No one is in position to counsel Him.
  But you have the Mind of Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare you TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai for He is your HELP and SHIELD.
  You who fear the Lord, TRUST in Him.
  The Lord KNOWS His own and KEEPS YOU IN MIND, and He IS BLESSING YOU!
  He BLESSES all who trust in Him; He blesses those who FEAR Him, great and small alike.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will INCREASE your numbers, both yours and those of your children!
  You are BLESSED by the Lord/ Adonai, MAKER of HEAVEN and EARTH!
  The Lord/ Adonai is increasing your Natural and Spiritual Children; the Family of God is INCREASING DAILY!
• I decree and declare Heaven BELONGS to the Lord/ Adonai, but He has GIVEN the Earth to Humankind.
  We BLESS the Lord/ Adonai from now on and FOREVER!
  You are FAITHFUL to STEWARD the things of this Earth well, for the GLORY and PURPOSE of God Most High/ El ‘Elyon!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion, we were like those who dream. ² Then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with joyful shouting; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” ³ The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad.
⁴ Restore our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the South. ⁵ Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting. ⁶ He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him,” Psalm 126:1-6.

“Behold, this is the joy of His way; and out of the dust others will spring. ²⁰ “Lo, God will not reject a man of integrity, nor will He support the evildoers. ²¹ “He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouting. ²² “Those who hate you will be clothed with shame, and the tent of the wicked will be no longer.” Job 8:19-22.

“⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” ¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, ¹³ which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.
¹⁴ But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. ¹⁶ For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 2:9-16.

“⁹ O Israel, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield. ¹⁰ O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield. ¹¹ You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield. ¹² The Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron. ¹³ He will bless those who fear the Lord, the small together with the great. ¹⁴ May the Lord give you increase, you and your children. ¹⁵ May you be blessed of the Lord, maker of heaven and earth.
¹⁶ The heavens are the heavens of the Lord, but the earth He has given to the sons of men. ¹⁷ The dead do not praise the Lord, nor do any who go down into silence; ¹⁸ But as for us, we will bless the Lord from this time forth and forever. Praise the Lord!” Psalm 115:9-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
