Declarations & Decrees: We Join With Millions of Angels in Praising and Honoring Our King – the Lamb Who Is Worthy to Take the Scroll & Break Its Seals!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare the LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN is standing with the THRONE and the Four Living Beings, in the Circle of the Elders!
  The Beings and the twenty-four Elders FELL DOWN in front of the Lamb.
  Each one held a harp and gold bowls filled with PIECES OF INCENSE, which are the PRAYERS of God’s People!
  Your PRAYERS ARE INCENSE BEFORE THE THRONE OF GOD, a SWEET-SMELLING INCENSE!
• I decree and declare to the Lamb, “You are WORTHY to take the Scroll and break its seals; because You were SLAUGHTERED; at the cost of BLOOD YOU RANSOMED for God Persons from EVERY TRIBE, Language, People and Nation!
  You made them into a KINGDOM for God to Rule, Priests to Serve Him, and they will RULE over the Earth!”
• I decree and declare and Join with the Millions and Millions of Angels around the THRONE SHOUTING OUT, “Worthy is the Slaughtered Lamb to RECEIVE POWER, riches, WISDOM, strength, HONOR, GLORY and PRAISE!”
• I decree and declare that Every Creature in Heaven, on Earth, under the Earth and on the Sea is saying, “To the One sitting on the THRONE and to the Lamb BELONG PRAISE, HONOR, GLORY and POWER FOREVER and EVER!”
• I decree and declare you KEEP YOURSELVES UNDER CONTROL, fixing your hopes FULLY on the gift you will receive when Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua is REVEALED.
  As People who OBEY GOD, you do not allow yourselves to be shaped by the evil desires you used to have when you were still ignorant.
  Rather, YOU FOLLOW THE HOLY ONE WHO CALLED YOU; you are becoming HOLY in your entire way of life.
• I decree and declare the RANSOM PAID TO FREE YOU did not consist of anything perishable, on the contrary, it was the COSTLY BLOODY SACRIFICIAL DEATH OF CHRIST/ MESSIAH, as of a Lamb without defect or spot.
• I decree and declare God/Elohim knew Christ/ Messiah BEFORE THE FOUNDING OF THE UNIVERSE, but revealed Him in the Last Times for your sakes.
  Through Him YOU TRUST IN GOD, Who raised Him from the dead and gave Him GLORY; so that your TRUST and HOPE are in God!
• I decree and declare NOW that you have PURIFIED yourselves by OBEYING the TRUTH, LOVE EACH OTHER DEEPLY, with all your Heart.
  You have been BORN AGAIN not from some seed that will decay, but from ONE that CANNOT DECAY, through the LIVING WORD OF GOD that LASTS FOREVER!
• I decree and declare David was a Prophet who KNEW that God had sworn an oath to him that ONE of his descendants would sit on his throne; HE SPOKE IN ADVANCE about the RESURRECTION of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare Jesus/ Yeshua has been EXALTED to the RIGHT HAND OF GOD; has received from the Father what He Promised, namely Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh; and has POURED OUT THIS GIFT, which you are both SEEING and HEARING!
• I decree and declare DO NOT DELAY!
  Turn from sin, return to God, and each of you be immersed on the AUTHORITY of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah into FORGIVENESS for your sins, and you WILL RECEIVE the GIFT of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh!
  For the PROMISE is for you, for your Children, and those far away – as many as the Lord/ Adonai our God/ Elohim may call!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. ⁷ And He came and took the book out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. ⁸ When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. ¹⁰ “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.”
¹¹ Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” ¹³ And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, “To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.” ¹⁴ And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped,” Revelation 5:6-14.

“¹³ Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. ¹⁴ As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, ¹⁵ but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; ¹⁶ because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”
¹⁷ If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; ¹⁸ knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, ¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. ²⁰ For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you ²¹ who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
²² Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, ²³ for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God,” 1 Peter 1:13-23.

“²⁴ But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power. ²⁵ For David says of Him, ‘I saw the Lord always in my presence; for He is at my right hand, so that I will not be shaken. ²⁶ ‘Therefore my heart was glad and my tongue exulted; moreover my flesh also will live in hope; ²⁷ Because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ²⁸ ‘You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of gladness with Your presence.’
²⁹ “Brethren, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. ³⁰ And so, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne, ³¹ he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that He was neither abandoned to Hades, nor did His flesh suffer decay. ³² This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses. ³³ Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear. ³⁴ For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, ³⁵ Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”’ ³⁶ Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you crucified.”
³⁷ Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” ³⁸ Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. ³⁹ For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.” ⁴⁰ And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” ⁴¹ So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. ⁴² They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
⁴³ Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. ⁴⁴ And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; ⁴⁵ and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. ⁴⁶ Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, ⁴⁷ praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved,” Acts 2:24-47.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
