I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare in the LAST DAYS it is happening that the Mountain of the Lord’s House is being ESTABLISHED as the MOST IMPORTANT Mountain.
  It will be regarded more highly than the other hills, and PEOPLES WILL STREAM THERE!
• I decree and declare multitudes of Gentiles are saying, “Come, let’s go up to the Mountain of the Lord, to the House of the God of Jacob!
  He will teach us about His Ways, and WE WILL WALK IN HIS PATHS!”
  For out of Zion will go forth the Law/ Torah, the Word of the Lord from Jerusalem!
• I decree and declare we are GLAD to go to the House of the Lord!
  Our feet are ready to go to Jerusalem, a City built to foster FRIENDSHIP and UNITY.
  The tribes have gone up there, the tribes of the Lord, as a WITNESS to Israel, to GIVE THANKS to the Name of the Lord.
• I decree and declare we PRAY for PEACE in Jerusalem, where the thrones of JUSTICE and the thrones of the House of David were set up.
  Those who Love Her will PROSPER.
• I decree and declare to Jerusalem, “May PEACE/ SHALOM be within your walls, PROSPERITY in your palaces.
  For the sake of the House of the Lord our God, I WILL SEEK YOUR WELL-BEING.”
• I decree and declare for the People of Israel, today: In the Name of Yeshua Messiah/ Jesus Christ, WE REBUKE the ENEMIES; they are SCATTERED, they have no direction or focus! We cut off all supply of sustenance and munitions.
  The enemy will FALL, in the Mighty Name of Yeshua/Jesus!
• I decree and declare envoys will come from Egypt, Ethiopia will stretch out its hands to the Lord God Almighty.
  Let ALL KINGDOMS of the Earth sing to God, sing PRAISES to the Lord, to Him who RIDES on the most ANCIENT HEAVENS!
• I decree and declare ALL STRENGTH and POWER belong to the Lord God, Most High.
  His MAJESTY resides OVER Israel and His STRENGTH in the Skies.
  Lord God, YOU are AWE-INSPIRING, from Your Holy Places; You give STRENGTH and POWER to Your People.
  Blessed be the Your Holy Name!
• I decree and declare the People of God PURSUE PEACE/ SHALOM continually with EVERYONE and the HOLINESS without which no one will see the Lord.
  They will allow anyone to miss out on GOD’S GRACE, and no root of bitterness will be allowed to spring up to cause trouble and contaminate many.
• I decree and declare you have come to MOUNT ZION, that is, the CITY OF THE LIVING GOD, Heavenly Jerusalem, to myriads of Angels in FESTIVE ASSEMBLY; to a Community of the FIRSTBORN whose NAMES have been RECORDED in Heaven; to the MEDIATOR of a New Covenant, Jesus/ Yeshua!
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ And it will come about in the last days that the mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains. It will be raised above the hills, and the peoples will stream to it. ² Many nations will come and say, “Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of the God of Jacob, that He may teach us about His ways and that we may walk in His paths.” For from Zion will go forth the law, even the word of the Lord from Jerusalem,” Micah 4:1-2.

“¹ I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord.” ² Our feet are standing within your gates, O Jerusalem, ³ Jerusalem, that is built as a city that is compact together; ⁴ To which the tribes go up, even the tribes of the Lord — an ordinance for Israel — to give thanks to the name of the Lord. ⁵ For there thrones were set for judgment, the thrones of the house of David. ⁶ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you. ⁷ “May peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.” ⁸ For the sake of my brothers and my friends, I will now say, “May peace be within you.” ⁹ For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good,” Psalm 122:1-9.

“²⁸ Your God has commanded your strength; show Yourself strong, O God, who have acted on our behalf. ²⁹ Because of Your temple at Jerusalem kings will bring gifts to You. ³⁰ Rebuke the beasts in the reeds, the herd of bulls with the calves of the peoples, trampling under foot the pieces of silver; He has scattered the peoples who delight in war. ³¹ Envoys will come out of Egypt; Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God. ³² Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth, sing praises to the Lord, Selah. ³³ To Him who rides upon the highest heavens, which are from ancient times; behold, He speaks forth with His voice, a mighty voice. ³⁴ Ascribe strength to God; His majesty is over Israel and His strength is in the skies. ³⁵ O God, You are awesome from Your sanctuary. The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to the people. Blessed be God!” Psalm 68:28-35.

“¹⁴ Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord. ¹⁵ See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many be defiled; ¹⁶ that there be no immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. ¹⁷ For you know that even afterwards, when he desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought for it with tears. ¹⁸ For you have not come to a mountain that can be touched and to a blazing fire, and to darkness and gloom and whirlwind, ¹⁹ and to the blast of a trumpet and the sound of words which sound was such that those who heard begged that no further word be spoken to them. ²⁰ For they could not bear the command, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it will be stoned.” ²¹ And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, “I am full of fear and trembling.” ²² But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, ²³ to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, ²⁴ and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel,” Hebrews 12:14-24.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
