Declarations & Decrees: We Are in Awe and Exalt the Lord God – Holy, Holy, Holy Is He!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is HIGH and LIFTED UP!
  He is highly EXALTED!
  The Lord is my STRENGTH and my SONG, and He is my SALVATION!
  This is MY GOD: I will GLORIFY Him, and I will EXALT Him!
• We declare the Lord is a WARRIOR and Jehovah/ Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh, is His Name.
  No army can stand against the Lord’s People, they will not survive.
  God’s RIGHT HAND is sublimely POWERFUL; His right hand SHATTERS the foe.
• We decree and declare by the Lord’s GREAT MAJESTY He brings down His enemies; He sends out His WRATH to consume them like stubble.
  With a BLAST from His nostrils the WATERS pile up – the waters stand up as a wall, the depths of the Sea become firm ground.
• We decree and declare the Lord has put a NEW SONG in my mouth, a SONG of PRAISE to our God!
  Many will LOOK on in AWE and put their TRUST in the Lord!
  How BLESSED is the man who TRUSTS in the Lord!
• We declare the MAGNITUDE of what God has done is BEYOND our COMPREHENSION! His WONDERS and His THOUGHTS toward us – none can compare with Him.
• We decree and declare the Lord has given me OPEN EARS and a DESIRE to serve Him and Him alone.
  Lord, “Here I am! In the scroll of a book IT IS WRITTEN about me.
  Doing YOUR WILL, my God, is my JOY; your LAW is in my inmost being.”
• We decree and declare we PROCLAIM what is RIGHT in the Great Assembly; we will not restrain our lips, Lord, as You KNOW.
  We will not hide Your RIGHTEOUSNESS in our hearts, but we DECLARE Your FAITHFULNESS and SALVATION; We will not conceal Your GRACE and TRUTH from the Great Assembly.
• We decree and declare YOU ARE BECOMING HOLY as God is Holy; as you FOLLOW the Holy One who called you, you become HOLY yourselves in your ENTIRE WAY of LIFE!
• We declare God knew Christ/ Messiah before the founding of the Universe, but REVEALED Him in the End Times for YOUR SAKES.
  Through Him you TRUST in God, who RAISED HIM from the dead and gave Him GLORY, so that your TRUST and HOPE are in God.
• We decree and declare you have now PURIFIED yourselves by OBEYING the TRUTH, so that you have a SINCERE LOVE for your brothers and sisters, LOVE each other deeply, with all your heart.
  You have been BORN AGAIN not from some seed that will decay, but through the LIVING WORD of God that lasts FOREVER!
• We declare in Heaven the Twenty-Four Elders surround the Throne of God. From the Throne comes forth LIGHTNINGS, VOICES and THUNDERINGS; and before the Throne are Seven FLAMING TORCHES, which are the Sevenfold Spirit of God!
• We declare with the Four living beings before the Throne, “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord, God of Heaven’s Armies, the One WHO WAS, WHO IS and WHO IS Coming!” The Twenty-Four Elders say, “You are WORTHY, Lord God Almighty, to have GLORY, HONOR, and POWER, because YOU created all things!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Then Moses and the sons of Israel sang this song to the Lord, and said, “I will sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted; the horse and its rider He has hurled into the sea. ² “The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise Him; my father’s God, and I will extol Him. ³ “The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is His name. ⁴ “Pharaoh’s chariots and his army He has cast into the sea; and the choicest of his officers are drowned in the Red Sea. ⁵ “The deeps cover them; they went down into the depths like a stone. ⁶ “Your right hand, O Lord, is majestic in power, Your right hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy. ⁷ “And in the greatness of Your excellence You overthrow those who rise up against You; You send forth Your burning anger, and it consumes them as chaff. ⁸ “At the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up, The flowing waters stood up like a heap; The deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea. ⁹ “The enemy said, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my desire shall be gratified against them; I will draw out my sword, my hand will destroy them.’ ¹⁰ “You blew with Your wind, the sea covered them; they sank like lead in the mighty waters. ¹¹ “Who is like You among the gods, O Lord? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, working wonders?” Exodus 15:1-11.

“³ He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear and will trust in the Lord. ⁴ How blessed is the man who has made the Lord his trust, and has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood. ⁵ Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; There is none to compare with You. If I would declare and speak of them, they would be too numerous to count. ⁶ Sacrifice and meal offering You have not desired; my ears You have opened; burnt offering and sin offering You have not required. ⁷ Then I said, “Behold, I come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me. ⁸ I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your Law is within my heart.” ⁹ I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; behold, I will not restrain my lips, O Lord, You know. ¹⁰ I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation,” Psalm 40:3-10.

“¹³ Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. ¹⁴ As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, ¹⁵ but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; ¹⁶ because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” ¹⁷ If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; ¹⁸ knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, ¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. ²⁰ For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you ²¹ who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. ²² Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, ²³ for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God,” 1 Peter 1:13-23.

“⁴ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads. ⁵ Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; ⁶ and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind. ⁷ The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like that of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. ⁸ And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and day and night they do not cease to say, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come.” ⁹ And when the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, ¹¹ “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created,” Revelation 4:4-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
