I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua is the Living Stone rejected by men but CHOSEN by God and PRECIOUS.
  I come to Him as a Living Stone, also, being built up with all Believers as a SPIRITUAL HOUSE — a HOLY PRIESTHOOD to offer up Spiritual Sacrifices ACCEPTABLE to God through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare WHOEVER trusts in Christ/ Messiah will NEVER BE PUT TO SHAME!
  The VALUE is for you who KEEP TRUSTING; but for those who do not trust, the Chief Cornerstone will become a Stone of stumbling, and a Rock of offense.
• I decree and declare YOU ARE A CHOSEN PEOPLE, a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, a Holy Nation, a People for God’s/ Elohim’s Own POSSESSION, so that you may PROCLAIM the Praises of the One Who CALLED you out of darkness into His Marvelous Light!
  Keep your conduct HONORABLE among those who are in the World.
  Then while they speak against you as evildoers, they may — from noticing your good deeds — glorify God/Elohim in the Day of Visitation.
• I decree and declare the God/Elohim and Father/ Abba of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah, has BLESSED us with EVERY Spiritual Blessing in the Heavenly places in Christ/ Messiah.
  HE CHOSE US in Christ/ Messiah before the Foundation of the World, to be HOLY and BLAMELESS before Him in LOVE.
  He PREDESTINED us for ADOPTION as sons through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, in keeping with the good pleasure of His will.
• I decree and declare in Christ/ the Messiah, we have REDEMPTION through His Blood — the removal of Trespasses — in keeping with the Richness of His GRACE that He lavished on us.
  IN ALL WISDOM and INSIGHT, He made known to us the MYSTERY of His WILL, in keeping with His good pleasure that He planned in Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare in Christ/ Messiah we also were CHOSEN, PREDESTINED according to His Plan.
  He KEEPS WORKING OUT ALL THINGS according to the Purpose of His WILL — so that we might be for His GLORIOUS PRAISE!
• I decree and declare I was SEALED with the PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT/ RUACH HAKODESH. He is the GUARANTEE of our INHERITANCE, until the REDEMPTION of His possession – to His Glorious PRAISE!
• I decree and declare for you who have been RAISED UP with Christ/ Messiah, KEEP SEEKING THE THINGS ABOVE — where Christ/ Messiah is, sitting at the RIGHT HAND of God/ Elohim.
  FOCUS your Mind on things above, not on things on the Earth.
  For you have died, and your life is HIDDEN with Christ/ Messiah in God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare I have taken off the old self with its practices and have put on the NEW SELF that is being RENEWED in KNOWLEDGE, according to the Image of the One Who created him.
  Here there is no longer Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, savage, slave and free; but Christ/ Messiah is all, and in all.
• I decree and declare as God’s/Elohim’s CHOSEN PEOPLE, HOLY and Dearly LOVED, clothe yourselves in TENDER COMPASSION, Kindness, Humility, Gentleness, and Patience — bearing with one another and FORGIVING each other, if anyone has a grievance against another.
  Just as the Lord/ Adonai PARDONED you, so also you must pardon others.
• I decree and declare ABOVE ALL THESE THINGS PUT ON LOVE, which is the bond of PERFECT HARMONY.
  Let the Peace/ Shalom of Christ/ Messiah RULE in your Hearts — to this Peace/ Shalom you were surely CALLED in One Body.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, ⁵ you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ For this is contained in Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.”
⁷ This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve, “The stone which the builders rejected, this became the very corner stone,” ⁸ and, “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed.
⁹ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; ¹⁰ for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
¹¹ Beloved, I urge you as aliens and strangers to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul. ¹² Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds, as they observe them, glorify God in the day of visitation,” 1 Peter 2:4-12.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love ⁵ He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, ⁶ to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. ⁷ In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace ⁸ which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight ⁹ He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him ¹⁰ with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him ¹¹ also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, ¹² to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory. ¹³ In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, ¹⁴ who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory,” Ephesians 1:3-14.

“¹ Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. ² Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. ³ For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
⁵ Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry. ⁶ For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come upon the sons of disobedience, ⁷ and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them. ⁸ But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth. ⁹ Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices, ¹⁰ and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him — ¹¹ a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.
¹² So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; ¹³ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. ¹⁴ Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. ¹⁵ Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. ¹⁷ Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father,” Colossians 3:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
