As I was in prayer yesterday, The LORD showed me a vision of great waves of His glory.

They kept coming one right after another. These waves are being released from Heaven.

The power of the waves impact will not overwhelm you, but the glory of God will go right through you.

It is an outpouring of His Spirit that will bathe you in glorious beauty. Each wave that was being released was more intense and powerful than the previous one.

This spoke to me that the glory of God will not only come in increasing waves, but with increasing strength until the full tide of God’s glory is ushered in,

“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of The LORD, as the waters cover the sea,” Habakkuk 2:14.

For His children, it is a vision of such love. While our lives ebb and flow, and some days life seems calm and the waves are small, and other days you find yourself in heavy waves, you can rest assured God is always right there.

As you stand in God’s love, it will always wash over you, wave after wave after wave.

Regardless of the condition of the ocean you stand in, run in and out of God’s waves of love and let Him refresh you over and over again. He is releasing the glory waves over you.

I pray today over you right now, at this moment,

“LORD, release these waves of glory upon Your people. I speak an increase of Your anointing.

That we would feel You like a mighty wind — rushing, blowing, falling in a new way, a fresh way.

I pray for a fresh fire, Almighty God. Grip our hearts so that we become burning, shining lamps of revival!

I pray that You raise up “John the Baptists”; raise up the fiery witnesses; raise up those fiery preachers.

I’m asking that You raise up the “Elijahs” in this hour. Increase Your power encounters and let the radical worshipers rise up.

We are Your lovesick generation, and all we want is You, our King of Glory!

I pray that each one reading this today would have an encounter with Your Spirit and Your power.

Release a wave of glory into their lives this day. As the deer pants for the water in the brook, our souls thirst after You! In Jesus name, amen and amen.

Be refreshed in His waves of glory, and even as you find yourself in the heavier and harder waves that try to throw you under, I want you to remember this favorite quote of mine by Charles Spurgeon: ”I have learned to kiss the wave that throws me against the Rock of Ages.”
