It is easy to set our eyes on The Highlands; The Presidential Gates of a nation; of nations; looking with more personal interest than discernment — while the Gates that surrounds us — are left undiscerned, unguarded and overrun by demonic forces that come to change the landscape of a region.

The Prophet Habakkuk wrote as recorded in Scripture,

“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what HE will say to me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved,” Habakkuk 2:1.

What a statement! A mind-set of Responsibility; an understanding of Stewardship; a heart Accountable and responsible for The Watchtower Gates assigned to him — for his nation.

The question is; Have you discerned your Gates?

The Watchtower where you must sit to watch?

Can it be said that nothing; whether perverse or righteous spirits and their agenda passes through your metron*, allotted watch sphere without your perception?

Or are you as a gatekeeper drunken with wine at the gate post, yet rising to say — the estate has been invaded — with accusations in your heart to another?

The Prophet Habakkuk writing about the watchman who transgresses by wine; never watching his home; yet looking at the highlands in Habakkuk 2:5,

“Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, he is never satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people.”

The pathway into The Highlands; the Gates in The High Places of the earth — The Presidential Gates — are the inlands.

The invasion of The High Places — The Presidential Gates, begins at the inlands – the gates in your hearts, the gates in your living room, your counties, cities, regions.

Until there is a significant number of breaches across these Gates – the invader[s] will not make it to the Gates in The Highlands.

We all have our eyes set on the Gates in The Highlands with keen interest — while the way to The Highlands, right in our living spaces, cities, regions have been left undiscerned, unguarded, and overrun.

If you prayerfully keep watch over your city, and the brother in the other county does the same; and the sister in the next state keeps guard over her Gates — then truly we would have locked horns as The Warring Body of Christ — matching side by side — forbidding the invasion of evil in our lands, and effecting decrees of righteousness and justice.

Who can stand on his Watchtower when it is not known?

Who can Guard their Gates, when it is not discerned?

Who can sustain the march around the territory assigned to them as a warrior, when their metron* is not known?

Lift up your voice today in prayer, as a responsible steward to The LORD JESUS CHRIST; saying;

Show me the watchtowers, gates, territories appointed to me that I may rise up as a responsible steward of the purposes of The Kingdom of The LORD JESUS CHRIST in my allotted sphere!

Bring me LORD JESUS, into your righteous alliances and cause me to be trained in Truth and wisdom to be a faithful steward of spheres assigned to me, that I may stand before you presenting a territory, conquered and established under The LORDSHIP and Purpose Of The FATHER OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!

*Metron : In prophetic circles, ‘metron’ is used to mean your allotted sphere, or territory, your place of assignment.
