Warning: False Forgiveness in the Church!
2 Words in 1
Be Atmosphere Sensitive!
The Spirit of The Lord keeps saying to me be, ATMOSPHERE SENSITIVE!
Walk into every place with your spiritual antennas tuned into the frequency of the atmosphere. Beware of false manifestations of Glory, as the gifts will operate with preciseness, but the presence of The Lord will not be there.
There will be no anointing to break the yokes, but illusions of breakthroughs will occur through natural means of people working in fleshly mannerisms of the move of God. Falling out in the floor, running around the church, dancing and shouting, doesn’t mean it’s a move of God going on.
When people come to the altar and give their lives to God, seeing people change instantly before your eyes, to see people visibly healed and set free from demonic stronghold,s and the brokenness of the will of the people, then you have a move of God manifesting.
We are intoxicated by the gifts of the people and the excitement of the entertainment that is presented, but we don’t discern the absence of His Spirit upon the vessel, because people have learned how to have church, but not how to experience God.
It’s imperative that we understand that just because it’s a large crowd involved, it doesn’t mean that it’s the place of His presence.
Pray before you come into agreement with these different conferences, revivals, etc. You just may be in agreement with a false manifestation of God’s Spirit, which in turn, opens up demonic portals in your life!
Watch and Pray and stay focus. Walk in the Spirit!
Listen for the sound of the wind, and then watch God move.
Warning: False Forgiveness in the Church!
False forgiveness is a big problem in the Body of Christ. There are far too many persons with a pretense of forgiving people.
True forgiveness allows you to love the person that has hurt you without feeling apprehension in your heart toward them.
When you can see them and talk to them, without feeling attitude toward them, then you have forgiven them. When you can see them without feeling the pain of what occurred, then you have let go of the offense that had occurred.
How often do we say we forgive someone because it’s what we feel is the right thing to do spiritually, but in our heart, we yet hold a grudge and harbor resentment within. Our actions toward an individual, shows what is in our heart against them. We say that we forgive them, and say we are over the offense, but yet the secret hatred causes us to lash out at others because of our anger toward another individual we say we forgive.
We give fake gestures of love toward them, avoid being in the same atmosphere with them, and many times, don’t realize our contempt for them is revealed through facial gestures and body movements. Even our speech shows it especially when they are mentioned in a conversation.
True forgiveness can only be accomplished through our relationship with God. The love of God that is within us, teaches us how to love unconditionally, without reservations toward those who have hurt us.
The Spirit of God and the intimacy of our relationship with God, won’t allow us to hold ill feelings, resentment, or anger within our hearts against even our enemies. Loving our enemies and loving our neighbor as ourselves, can only be accomplished through the power of God and His Spirit.
Just saying the words, “I forgive you,” means nothing if true forgiveness is not there.
There are many who will read this post and who will be convicted, because they realize they have not truly forgiven those whom they say they forgive. But true deliverance can come.
Seek The Lord. Pray for deliverance. Tell The Lord to cleanse your heart of all the ugly feelings and to purify your soul and mind, and if possible, contact those with whom you yet have that secret resentment against, and truly ask for forgiveness, even if you are not the one in the wrong.
My greatest deliverance came through the genuine words of, “I am sorry for how I felt toward you,” to a person. It wasn’t about what they did to me, it was about the feelings that I was feeling in my heart toward them!
Their actions brought out actions and attitudes that were not pleasing to God, and like many of you, I tried to justify my actions by saying, “But look God, what they have done to me!”
I wasn’t even concern about them apologizing to me, I just wanted to get rid of the bad feelings I had, so I could be free.
Forgiveness release not only me, but it cause doors to begin to open up for me, and the love of God to increase in me, so that I’ve learned not to allow anything to enter my heart to contaminate my relationship with God, and keep me bound to the past.
Today, search your heart for real, and get out the stuff within, that causes your life to be in the bondage of a past offense that can easily be broken, when you forgive, and let go of the residue of the pain and discomfort of the offense.
Love on someone today that has hurt you. It will give you peace and perfect your walk of love toward others.
~ Apostle Barbara R. Thomas
Matthew 24:24-25 (NKJV)
For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand.
Matthew 10:16 (NKJV)
Persecutions Are Coming
“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
1 John 4:1-3 (NKJV)
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
