Walking in the Power of The Holy Spirit
There is a big difference in walking in the POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT in this realm and the GLORY OF GOD realm.
Two different realms. Jesus did not stop WITH operating in the power of the Holy Spirit and doing miracles, healing people, and casting out devils.
Although these were great works he did, (and we shall do these also AND GREATER THAN THESE) no he did not stop there he knew there was a higher/ greater realm and went on to the greater glory!
He could have called for legions of angels to save him from that hour but, rather he chose to willingly surrender to this part of the process and lay it all down through the crucifixion.
No man took His life he willingly surrendered to this part of the process. He said no man takes My Life from me I lay it down willfully that I might take it up again this commandment I learned of My Father.
He went on further to suffer to crucify the flesh so he could to enter into His Glory!
No — you cannot skip this part and expect to enter into The Glory. You indeed will drink of this cup and be baptized with His Baptism. The Bible says, even as Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise.
“Come up hither…. “ says The Spirit.
Apostle Paul says I want to know Him in the power of his resurrection being made conformable unto His Death.
“Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe ALL THAT THE PROPHETS HAVE SPOKEN. Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?” Luke 24:25-26.
“Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?” John 18:11.
“For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings,” Hebrews 2:10.
“And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, WHEN (not if) affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.” Mark 4:17.
“That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me,” John 17:21.
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body,” Romans 8:18-23
“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” 2 Corinthians 4:17.
“Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.” 1 Peter 4:19.
“And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.” Matthew 20:23.
“Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” Acts 14:22.
“Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have,” Luke 24:39.
“If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us.” 2 Timothy 2:12/
“But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.” 1 Corinthians 15:20-26.
“Yea, though I WALK THROUGH the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” Psalm 23:4-5.
“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, (1) let him deny himself, (2) and take up his cross daily, (3) and follow me.” (in resurrection power) Luke 9:23 emphasis added.
“For I have not shunned to declare unto you ALL THE COUNSEL OF GOD,” (Full counsel of God). Acts 20:27.
