Walking in a seek with the Lord – Part 2
We explored various dimensions/definitions of the word: SEEK
-
We must turn over our lives to Him.
-
We must inquire of the Lord.
-
We must know and seek God by the standard of His Word.
-
We must seek Him through prayer, fasting and giving.
-
We must find out what God wants with our lives, what is our purpose and what are given assignments.
-
We must seek His presence in Praise and Worship.
-
We must “watch” before the presence of the Lord (The Watch of the Lord).
-
Seeking Him: Crying out to Him.
-
Various ways of seeking Him through fellowship, The Feast, Communion, House Meetings, Glory Gatherings, Radical Youth Meetings.
These were the ones discussed… some briefly others more in depth . Be creative in your seek with the Lord. He is waiting for us.
“Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you, declares the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I sent you into exile” Jeremiah 29:12-14 ESV.
Seeking Him gives us endless restoration, We love him because He gathers us from all the places in our lives that circumstances have scattered us and in Him we are made whole.
