God is calling, Yes Calling you, You who are saved by his special work on Calvary and have been enlightened by His Grace and Love into GREATER THINGS, even things that Few have even seen. The things that Moses saw were wonderful to the place that many have thought that Moses was the greatest of the great, but Moses only saw what he saw, he saw the Lords Goodness; goodness in the midst of the Desert wasteland. He saw Gods Holiness and demands to sinful men and heard God speaking of commandments. Moses only saw what he saw in the Cleft of that rock with the Hand of God upon him. The Scriptures in Hebrews that the Covenant God made with Moses was inferior and falling short because the blood of animals could only Cover Sin and each sinner must continually make blood sacrifices to be covered. Under Moses Law, offerings had to be made often and perpetually.

Yet, Jesus became the High Priest of a better Covenant one which was ONCE AND FOR ALL. Jesus did take his Own Body and offered it upon the altar for the sin of man ONE TIME and that One Time was good forever to all who would receive.

THE BETTER COVENANT

2 Corinthians 3:7-11 “But if the ministration of death, written and engraven stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away; How shall not the ministration of the Spirit BE RATHER GLORIOUS.
For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the GLORY THAT EXCELLETH.
For if that which was done away was glorious, MUCH MORE THAT WHICH REMAINETH IS GLORIOUS”

Oh how I have stood amazed at the story of Moses and the burning bush. I have been amazed at the rod that turned into a snake, and water to blood. I have stood with mouth open at the plagues of Egypt and how Moses did stand before the Pharaoh. I have seen in my mind the Cloud of Fire at night that led the people of God in the Desert and the shaft of swirling smoke in the daytime. I have read with great excitement when the Bible says struck the water of the Red Sea and it opened up. I could almost feel the cool clear water from the flinty rock in the desert and sat down to eat of the Manna and Quail.

I hear Moses and his Authority when he came down from the Mountain after speaking with the Lord for forty days and listen with awe when he told of the cleft of the rock. I can almost see the Goodness of God that passed by.

Yes, the Old Testament Story was RATHER GLORIOUS.

But OH THE GLORY THAT EXCELLETH!!! IT IS SO FAR ABOVE THE MINISTRATION OF DEATH, THAT IT SOARS WITH WINGS. I CAN SEE INTO THE VERY CHAMBER NOW OF THE PLACE BEHIND THE VAIL.. GO INTO THE VERY PRESENCE OF THE GLORY OF GOD AND LIVE. I CAN HEAR HIM AND HIS VOICE IS SOFT AND LOVING AND KIND. THE JUDGMENT AND CONDEMNATION IS GONE. THE FEAR OF DEATH DOES NOT SHAKE ME BECAUSE I AM UNDER THE BLOOD OF A BETTER WAY.

He has taken up his abode INSIDE. No never to have to go and look for him. HE IS HERE; CLOSER THAN A HEART BEAT.. NO FURTHER FROM MY HEAD TO MY HEART. HE IS MINE AND I AM HIS.

Looking on down into the same chapter I read in verse 17-18:

“Now the Lord is that Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, THERE IS LIBERTY. But we all, with OPEN FACE BEHOLDING AS IN A GLASS THE GLORY OF THE LORD, are…
CHANGED INTO THE SAME IMAGE….. FROM GLORY TO GLORY,
Even as by the Spirit of the LORD”

Now you can not get any better than that.. unless you just plain DIE AND GO ON TO BE WITH JESUS CHRIST IN PERSON. And we will some day…

SOME DAY??? WAIT A MINUTE.

I Hear a voice from within saying….. SOME DAY?????

Well the verse above says WE ARE CHANGED…. (MADE DIFFERENT AND ALTERED) EVERY TIME WE GO INTO THE GLORY. WOW.

If we keep going into the GLORY… AND WE KEEP BEING CHANGED.. FORM ONE LEVEL WE MOVE TO A EVEN HIGHER… …….. WILL WE NOT SOMETIME WALK RIGHT ON OUT OF THIS PLACE INTO HIS PLACE???

Jesus said in JOHN 11:25-26

” …. I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, tough he were dead, YET SHALL HE LIVE.
And WHOSOEVER LIVETH and believeth in me …… (NOTICE THIS)….. S H A L L N E V E R D I E. Believest thou this?”

What in the world was he saying?

He said.. If a man is dead like Lazarus was, that HE WAS THE RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD AND THAT THE DEAD WOULD LIVE AGAIN.

But… HE SAID..

IF A MAN IS LIVING AND BELIEVING IN HIM…. HE WOULD NEVER… HE SAID NEVER!!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! I REPEAT NEVER!!!

DIE.

Well isn’t that something some said. Jesus said IF YOU LIVED AND BELIEVED YOU WOULD NEVER DIE. So if Jesus said it, it must be true. In this very LIFE NOW.. IF A MAN LIVES AND BELIEVES.. HE DOES NOT HAVE TO DIE.

OH, you did not get that… I will say it again.

HE SAID… IF A MAN LIVES AND BELIEVES … HE DOES NOT HAVE TO DIE… LITERALLY HE WILL NEVER DIE.

Now you say what is he saying? DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. HE WILL NEVER DIE. But you say, everyone dies. Is that so? Well are you going to contradict Jesus Christ?

Now think about this verse.

HEBREWS 6:1a “Therefore leaving the principals of the doctrine of Christ, LET US GO ON….. (WHERE?) … UNTO PERFECTION.”

WOW YOU SAY!!! PERFECTION… GO ON INTO PERFECTION? Yes, and look again.. it goes on to say… IN VERSE 3.. “IF GOD PERMIT”

Ken Dewey what are you saying? Are you saying that IF GOD PERMITS IT.. YOU CAN GO ON?

YES.

Look and see… 1 CORINTHIANS 15:49-54

“And as we have born the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God; neither doth corrption inherit incorruption.
Behold… I show you a Mystery, WE SHALL NOT ALL SLEEP (DIE) BUT WE SHALL ALL BE….
CHANGED.
IN A MOMNENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be CHANGED.”

Yes, this is talking about the coming of the Lord when we shall ALL BE CAUGHT UP AND ….. CHANGED. but I want to tell you what Jesus said in the Desert. He told me I COULD WALK RIGHT OUT OF HERE … IF I BELIEVED AND HAD..

FAITH.

That’s right. He said I could WALK OUT OF HERE.. AND BE CHANGED.

He said there has already been TWO, FOR SURE, THAT HAD DONE IT.

1. Enoch
2. Elijah

He told me they were in the Scripture to tell men that THEY COULD WALK OUT ON THIS EARTH.. IF THEY BELIEVED. BUT HE ADDED…

IF I PERMIT.

Now. You see, The Lord said NO BODY CAN GO TO HEAVEN WITHOUT BEING CHANGED … so HE MUST CHANGE THEM. And that changing is NOT DEATH.

Death is when the Body lays down and does not move… In the case of them above THEY CONTINUED WALKING. The bible says Enoch walked with God and was not found because GOD TOOK HIM… and Elijah WENT UP IN BODY… threw down his cloak to Elisha, and DISAPPEARED IN A FLAMING CHARIOT.

So … God is saying. WHO HERE HAS THE FAITH JUST TO WALK AND WALK AND WALK … ON OUT THERE WITH GOD.. UNTIL SOMEHOW THAT FAITH (notice the quality of Faith that lets you walk out) IT… CONVINCES GOD…

TO LET YOU COME (IF HE PERMITS)…… IN. CHANGED. AND… WALK OUT ON EARTH???

NOTE: LISTEN.. IF ENOCH AND ELIJAH WALKED OUT…. UNDER THE OLD COVENANT…. HOW MUCH MORE CAN….
