Validation from Jesus
“Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their clothes on it, and He sat on it. And many spread their clothes on the road, and others cut down leafy branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Then those who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of The LORD!’ Blessed is the kingdom of our father David that comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
And Jesus went into Jerusalem and into the Temple. So when He had looked around at all things, as the hour was already late, He went out to Bethany with the twelve.” Mark 11:7-11.
Mark 11:7-11 talks about how Jesus sat on the colt and traveled through the town to go to The Temple.
As He is riding through the streets people were praising Him, but when He enter the temple it appears no one was there.
On the streets, people wanted to pronounce Jesus King. But in the temple, no one made Jesus king.
The Father told Jesus to go to The Temple, and He did, but no one discerned his value.
Everyone should have been in The Temple to Praise Him, Worship Him, and Crown Him as King.
This shows us that sometimes people cannot confirm what God is doing in our lives.
God might show you something you need to do, but others will not understand it.
So you walk in a direction God has shown you to go. There might be a few supporting you as you walk, but at the destination — you are the only one there!
Sometimes The LORD says to us, “You are to go forth, even without validation. Others cannot see what I see.”
Jesus will validate you.
Jesus will show you where to go.
Jesus will help you every step of the way, whether people are supporting you or not.
