Unity in Christ
“Giving diligence to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace,” Ephesians 4:3.
All who have a correct relationship with God and thus the bond of this peace with God and each other, are to strive at being unified by The Holy Spirit of God!
“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling,” Ephesians 4:4.
We should belong to the same Body and not the many different ones that denominations cause, each with their own version of Christianity.
“One Lord, one faith, one baptism,” Ephesians 4:5.
We should all have the same perspectives on who Jesus is; what to believe in; and how to baptise people.
This of course is so far from the truth that it is ludicrous to even think there is a form of consensus in these areas.
“One God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all,” Ephesians 4:6.
Some believe in The Trinity, others believe there is only one God and not three persons, while others believe there is only two persons, because they believe that Jesus is not God.
“And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers,” Ephesians 4:11.
There are various ministries in the body and not all Christians accept all of these ministries
“For the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ,” Ephesians 4:12.
But they are necessary to mature the Christian Church and one wonders how spiritually mature people are where most of these roles are not accepted.
“Till we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a full grown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,” Ephesians 4:13.
So that we are able to minister in His quality of Love and able to discern truth from error and to be able to defend the faith against error so that:
“That we may be no longer children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error; but speaking truth in love, may grow up in all things into him, which is the head, even Christ,” Ephesians 4:14-15.
So that we all work together in unity to use what we have been gifted with by God to build His Kingdom through rescuing people from the kingdom of the enemy.
“From whom all the body fitly framed and knit together through that which every joint supplieth, according to the working in due measure of each several part, maketh the increase of the body unto the building up of itself in love,” Ephesians 4:16.
Well that is one test most of the current establish church fails which is one reason only 20% of those who say they are Christian will go up in the rapture (according to Jesus).
It all boils back to the relationship you have with God as His child and citizen of His Kingdom whether you try to do these things or are comfortable with the ‘Christianity’ you have.
If you Love The Father as your spiritual father by adoption and appreciate all He has done for you through Jesus, then you will pursue these things and relate correctly to Him.
Jesus said most Christians do not a relationship with Him, but only an acquaintanceship, knowing about Him but not really knowing Him, so their focus is on what they do and not on the relationship they have with each member of The Trinity and how to further develop this relationship.
So Jesus asks:
“Did you pass the test above?
What is your relationship with The Father, as His Child, and Me as My Citizen?
Is The Holy Spirit important to you, or just an indifferent God?
What is your attitude to Christians in other parts of The Body — denominations, independent churches, in other countries?
When you face Me what will you say to Me about the way you pursued these things?”

Hi,
I’m curious how you calculated only 20% of the professing Christians will be raptured?
Jesus has told people and that is after the final harvest.
He said it was only 10% now.
