Unexplainable — In My feelings
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
I don’t have enough — yet God has given me all things that pertain to life and Godliness.
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:” 2 Peter 1:3
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1:17
I feel broken and empty, needy and without.
“Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.” Psalm 51:5-8
I feel like a gutted fish ready for the frying pan — waiting to be devoured so I can meet another man’s need.
“The righteous cry, and The LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.” Psalm 34:17
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
LORD, do I have enough fuel to last the rest of the day?
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14
“Now also when I am old and gray-headed, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.” Psalm 71:18
“But they that wait upon The LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
I don’t feel like I have all my pieces. LORD what part of me is missing?
“For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12
Do I have enough humility? Do I have too much humility?
“But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which The LORD thy God giveth thee.” Deuteronomy 25:15
Do I give enough? Do I have enough to give?
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38
Do I serve enough? Do I need to serve more?
“Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our LORD Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20-21
LORD, do you get me?
“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, The LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.” Isaiah 40:28
“Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.” 1 Peter 4:19
“It is of The LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.” Lamentations 3:22
Note : Too often, God’s People do not received needed things, because we are not honest with Him.
God made humans in His image not for us to attempt to be Him. The LORD consistently tells us to come to Him when we feel overloaded.
Some Christians rely on superpower strength that does not come from our God.
Jesus knows every natural feeling humans experience — after all he was fully man along with being fully God.
Our Heavenly Father is looking for broken empty vessels to replenish and restore.
“Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” Proverbs 16:18
Today I just want to be the little girl swooped up in the Father’s Love.
This is a day I don’t want to say, “I’ve got this!”
Today, I put everything in His Hands.
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:6-7

Bless you Mary! This is a great encouragement!
Dear Mary,
I so loved this word and especially your saying:
“Today I just want to be the little girl swooped up in the Father’s Love.”
I have been feeling this more and more lately.
We need to just trust Him and lean on Him and let Him take care of things in our life.
Thank you for sharing!
