Two Armies and Weapons Are Drawn
Each Army is assembled and those who are gathered, have their own weapons.
This time the arsenal is not made up of swords or guns — but rather ideologies.
Now the battle raises its voices and points its finger at the opposing side. People fall in line and yell and frown, smashing their fists like a gavel upon their podiums.
Families are divided over various issues, and Churches are split over tidbits of savory lies and innuendoes. Lies are multiplied and truth is fragmented almost daily.
And now the faces are set like flint and they are immovable as they stand.
The armies inch forward with each day, spitting out their dialogues with one another. Now those on the other side can be decried much easier, as their shapes and clothing is more visible.
All ages are seen as the armies move forward, for now the young and old alike are joined together. Some have their belongings strapped to their shoulders.
Others carry their young while the feeble and disabled amble forward. Some are dressed very shabbily because of the present crisis that has kept them out of work.
Many among this side now live upon the streets because their jobs have ended and money has run out. The soup kitchens and hand-outs are their way of life now. They waited for help, but the deliberations went on for months as the nation’s scandals increased almost daily.
The other army is in contrast, for as they move forward one sees that they are dressed in the finest of clothes. They are privileged, for they have been given the benefits from their great leader. They have held him in high esteem, ignoring the lies in the promise of brighter days ahead.
Their shoes are of the finest quality and they shine as if the very sun above has cast its orbs upon them. Even the children are dressed in the finest of clothes, as there are no wrinkles or blemishes to be seen.
As each day progresses the armies soon approach the other side. And then the final day comes when all is decided.
The die is cast as the votes are passed, and a new day will dawn as the prophetic time table moves forward.
Selah,

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
