Try Something New and Watch Favor Spring Up
Did you know that you have a Book of Life in Heaven?
It contains a record of the plans and destiny God has for you!
The Book of Life is actually mentioned several times in the Bible. For example:
“… all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be,” Psalm 139:16 NIV.
Learning how to understand your Book of Life will help you understand and navigate life’s times and seasons.
Here are a few ways you can start aligning with God’s purpose and calling for your life and understand the fresh assignments from Heaven for 2019.
How to exit the wilderness
Many people in the Bible went through times of distress. Moses lived as a shepherd in the desert for 40 years. David had to hide so that King Saul would not kill him. Jesus went into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan for 40 days.
Usually, wilderness times are to get you out of your own agenda and into God’s desires for you. But the wilderness is not meant to last forever!
Ups and downs in life are normal, but if you have been feeling like your life is more down than up, there may be a negative cycle that needs to be broken in your life.
God’s purpose for you in the wilderness is to learn and mature, not for you to suffer. You can shorten your wilderness time by recognizing the lessons God wants you to learn and responding appropriately.
What do you have favor in right now?
What was good to do at one point in your life may not work for you now. Ask God to reveal what He has for you in this particular season and time.
Look for new things that spring up in your life and bring you joy. Start noticing how certain areas in your life are coming more easily and reaping a reward faster than others.
It’s important to know what you have favor in right now. God has something special for you in this!
Open your mind to trying new things
God spoke to me and told me to not release a Prophetic Forecast book this year, but to do anew online training instead. Even though this is different from how I’m used to doing things, it was important to branch out and follow the new direction of God.
When God asks us to try something new or let go of something old, it’s because He has bigger and better things waiting for us! Don’t be afraid to let go of old hobbies, old ways of doing things or even old mindsets.
Eliminating the fear of letting go and receiving deeper healing and restoration will help you in this new season. Watch for God to open up your understanding and release fresh empowerment!
Blessings,
