Redeem Lost Time
The devil is a time thief. He steals our time in order to hinder our purpose.
He knows the best way to get us frustrated about contending for our destiny is by stealing time.
He steals time through Satanic delays, our procrastinate and through fear to step out into the unknown.
Satanic delays will come in the form of strange attacks that consume much of our time, especially when we totally concentrate on the attack and loose focus on the Master.
However, the Father is a redeemer. He is redeeming back to us all lost time. Believe and stand on this promise and declare that you are a partaker of the time redemption, (Joel :2:25).
Regrets?
“Since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you,” Proverbs 1:25-26.
Attacking Reputation
The enemy attacked Josephs reputation when he saw that it was well established, earning him respect and honor and highly likely to lead him to greatness.
However, Joseph was ready to guard it by all means and not willing to compromise by even falling for the most ‘tempting’ temptation.
The enemy goes for our reputation when he smells honor and greatness at the door but we have to guard it by refusing to compromise through any form of sin. We must guard our reputation by all means by fleeing very fast from that want compromising situation.
Flee like Joseph fled from Potiphar’s wife even if it means you will have to be left partially #shirtless for a minute (bare a small amount of shame).
Flee from sexual sin, bribes, corruption, lies, unwholesome talk etc..
Trust, Trust in the LORD!
After Job lost almost everything including his children, He worshipped the LORD and blessed His name and did not charge the LORD with any wrong.
Satan attacked Job for one main reason; for Job to curse God (Job 1:11). But he was dumbfounded by Job who could not do that.
Satan’s main reason for attacking us is so that we can curse God. He will push us into the most uncomfortable, distressing, shameful and heart wrenching situations so that we can curse God but beloved, when we stand our ground and praise God instead, Satan goes crazy, because he knows that our praise is birthing the praise report.
