I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is LIGHT and in Him there is no darkness at all.
  I CHOOSE to have fellowship with Him and therefore walk in the Light.
  If anyone says they have fellowship with Him and keeps walking in darkness, they are lying and do not practice the TRUTH.
  As we walk in the LIGHT as He Himself is in the LIGHT, we have fellowship with one another and the Blood of His Son Jesus/ Yeshua PURIFIES us from all sin.
• I decree and declare if we CONFESS our sins, God/ Elohim is FAITHFUL and RIGHTEOUS to FORGIVE our sins and PURIFY us from all unrighteousness.
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FEAR the words of men, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed and nothing hidden that will not be made known.
  What the Lord/ Adonai has spoken to me in the darkness, I WILL SPEAK IN THE LIGHT; and what I hear in my ear, I WILL PROCLAIM from the housetops.
  I will not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
  I WILL FEAR GOD/ ELOHIM ALONE!
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FEAR for I am WORTH much more than many sparrows to the Father; He even numbers all the hairs of my head.
  As I ACKNOWLEDGE the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah before men, He will also ACKNOWLEDGE ME BEFORE THE FATHER who is in Heaven.
• I decree and declare, though my life has been barren, I WILL BURST INTO SINGING and SHOUT!
  “For more are the children of the Desolate than the children of the married one,” says the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare in the Lord’s/ Adonai’s STRENGTH and GRACE the place of my tent is being ENLARGED!
  I am STRETCHING OUT my tabernacle curtains.
  I WILL NOT HOLD BACK but will LENGTHEN MY CORDS and STRENGTHEN MY STAKES!
  For I will SPREAD OUT to the right and to the left and I and my offspring will POSSESS THE NATIONS!
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FEAR NOR BE ASHAMED, for I will FORGET the shame of my youth, and I will no longer remember the reproach of my widowhood.
  For my Maker is my Husband — the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot is His Name — the Holy One of Israel is my REDEEMER.
• I decree and declare though the Mountains depart and the Hills are shaken, the LOVE of the Lord/ Adonai WILL NOT DEPART from me, nor will His Covenant of PEACE/ SHALOM be shaken.
  This is my God/ Elohai Who has COMPASSION ON ME!
• I decree and declare I AM ESTABLISHED IN RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  I will be far from oppression for I WILL NOT FEAR; and from terror for IT WILL NOT COME NEAR ME!
  The Lord God/ Adonai Elohim declares, “Behold, anyone fiercely attacking is not from Me.
  Whoever stirs up strife within you will fall because of you.
  NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU WILL PROSPER and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment.
  This is the Heritage of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Servants — their vindication is from Me!”
• I decree and declare there is ONE Body and ONE Spirit/ Ruach, just as you also were called in ONE HOPE of your Calling; One Lord/ Adonai, One FAITH, One Immersion; One God/ Elohim and Father of all, Who is over all and through all and in all!
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah has GIVEN VARIOUS GIFTS as He sees the need for the EQUIPPING of the Saints/ Kedoshim for the Work of Service, for the Building up of the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
  He has given some as Apostles, Prophets and Proclaimers of the Good News, and some as Shepherds and Teachers.
• I decree and declare this will continue until we come to the UNITY OF THE FAITH and of the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God — to MATURE ADULTHOOD, to the measure of the stature of Christ’s/ Messiah’s fullness.
  We are no longer like children, tossed around by the waves and blown all over by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men with cunning in deceitful scheming.
  INSTEAD, SPEAKING IN TRUTH in Love, we will grow up in all ways into Christ/ Messiah Who is the Head.
• I TRUST IN GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S WORD and declare there is now NO CONDEMNATION for those who are in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  I AM NO LONGER CONDEMNED!
  I will not listen to the lies of the enemy who continually stirs up the past — it is COVERED BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!
  It is no longer seen by the Father!
  Thank You Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare the Spirit/Ruach DWELLS IN ME — I am not in the flesh. Christ/ Messiah LIVES IN ME, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is ALIVE because of RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  The Spirit/ Ruach living in me will give LIFE to my mortal body!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁵ This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and don’t tell the truth. ⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. ⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ¹⁰ If we say that we haven’t sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us,” 1 John 1:5-10.

“²⁶ Therefore don’t be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. ²⁷ What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim on the housetops. ²⁸ Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
²⁹ “Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. ³⁰ But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. ³¹ Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows. ³² Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven. ³³ But whoever denies me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven,” Matthew 10:26-33.

““Sing, barren, you who didn’t give birth; break out into singing, and cry aloud, you who didn’t travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife,” says Yahweh.
² “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your habitations; don’t spare: lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. ³ For you will spread out on the right hand and on the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and settle in desolate cities.
⁴ “Don’t be afraid, for you will not be ashamed. Don’t be confounded, for you will not be disappointed. For you will forget the shame of your youth. You will remember the reproach of your widowhood no more. ⁵ For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of Armies is his name.
The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer. He will be called the God of the whole earth.
⁶ For Yahweh has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off,” says your God.
⁷ “For a small moment I have forsaken you, but I will gather you with great mercies. ⁸ In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loving kindness I will have mercy on you,” says Yahweh your Redeemer.
⁹ “For this is like the waters of Noah to me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah will no more go over the earth, so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
¹⁰ For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but my loving kindness will not depart from you, and my covenant of peace will not be removed,” says Yahweh who has mercy on you.
¹¹ “You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.
¹² I will make your pinnacles of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. ¹³ All your children will be taught by Yahweh; and your children’s peace will be great.
¹⁴ You will be established in righteousness. You will be far from oppression, for you will not be afraid, and far from terror, for it shall not come near you.
¹⁵ Behold, they may gather together, but not by me. Whoever gathers together against you will fall because of you.
¹⁶ “Behold, I have created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame, and forges a weapon for his work; and I have created the destroyer to destroy.
¹⁷ No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment.
This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh,”Isaiah 54:1-17.

“⁴ There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling, ⁵ one Lord, one faith, one baptism, ⁶ one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all, and in us all. ⁷ But to each one of us, the grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. ⁸ Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.’ (”Psalm 68:18)
⁹ Now this, “He ascended”, what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? ¹⁰ He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.
¹¹ He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; ¹² for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ, ¹³ until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, ¹⁴ that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error; ¹⁵ but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ, ¹⁶ from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love,” Ephesians 4:4-16.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. ³ For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; ⁴ that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵ For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. ⁶ For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace; ⁷ because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be. ⁸ Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. ⁹ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. ¹⁰ If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
¹² So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. ¹³ For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. ¹⁵ For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
¹⁶ The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; ¹⁷ and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him,” Romans 8:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
