Declarations & Decrees: Trust in The LORD, Heirs to the Promise!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare People of God, DO NOT GRUMBLE and COMPLAIN!
Grumbling and Complaining result from DOUBTING the Lord: you do not TRUST that He will take care of you and that He has your best interest in mind. Rather, TURN your Heart to PRAISE!
Thank the Lord in ALL THINGS; your TRUST will grow STRONG and you will be spiritually ENRICHED. - I decree and declare the PROTECTION of the Lord is upon those who TRUST!
Do not fear the images, challenges and enemies, before you.
They cannot touch you, as you REMAIN under the covering of the Lord God Most High/ Adonai El’Elyon! - I decree and declare in that day it will be sung, “We have a STRONG City; God/ Elohim appoints SALVATION as its walls and ramparts.
The Gates will be opened to let the RIGHTEOUS Nation enter – one that KEEPS FAITH! - I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, KEEP in PERFECT PEACE one whose Mind is STAYED on You, because he TRUSTS in You!”
- I decree and declare TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai FOREVER, for He is the Rock of Ages.
For He HUMBLES those dwelling on high, leveling the lofty city, leveling it to the ground, bringing it down to the dust.
Feet will TRAMPLE it down, feet of the Afflicted, the footsteps of the Poor. - I decree and declare the WAY of the RIGHTEOUS is STRAIGHT!
Upright One, You make smooth the Path of the RIGHTEOUS.
Yes, in the Way of Your JUDGMENTS, Lord/ Adonai, we have waited for You.
Your Name and Your REMEMBRANCE is the DESIRE of our soul. - I decree and declare my soul LONGS for You at night, yes, my spirit within me SEES YOU! Lord/ Adonai, You establish PEACE/ SHALOM for us, for all our works You have done for us.
The Lord our God/ Adonai Eloheinu, other lords beside you have had dominion over us, but we REMEMBER YOUR NAME ALONE! - I decree and declare just as Abraham BELIEVED God/ Elohim, and it was credited to him as RIGHTEOUSNESS, know then that those who have FAITH are Children of Abraham.
The FAITHFUL are BLESSED along with Abraham, the faithful one.
Through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua the Blessing of Abraham was made available to the Gentiles, so we might RECEIVE the PROMISE of the Spirit/ Ruach through TRUSTING FAITH. - I decree and declare all who TRUST in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua are sons of God.
For all of you who were Immersed in Christ/ Messiah have clothed yourselves with Christ/ Messiah.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female — for you are all one in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
And if you belong to Christ/ Messiah, then you are Abraham’s seed — heirs according to the PROMISE! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Then all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. 2 All the sons of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron; and the whole congregation said to them, “Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness! 3 Why is the Lord bringing us into this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will become plunder; would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” 4 So they said to one another, “Let us appoint a leader and return to Egypt.”
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces in the presence of all the assembly of the congregation of the sons of Israel. 6 Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, of those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes; 7 and they spoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, saying, “The land which we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. 8 If the Lord is pleased with us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us — a land which flows with milk and honey. 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord; and do not fear the people of the land, for they will be our prey. Their protection has been removed from them, and the Lord is with us; do not fear them.” 10 But all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Then the glory of the Lord appeared in the tent of meeting to all the sons of Israel.
11 The Lord said to Moses, “How long will this people spurn Me? And how long will they not believe in Me, despite all the signs which I have performed in their midst? 12 I will smite them with pestilence and dispossess them, and I will make you into a nation greater and mightier than they,” Numbers 14:1-12.
“1 In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security. 2 “Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter, the one that remains faithful. 3 “The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You. 4 “Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock. 5 “For He has brought low those who dwell on high, the unassailable city; He lays it low, He lays it low to the ground, He casts it to the dust. 6 “The foot will trample it, the feet of the afflicted, the steps of the helpless.”
7 The way of the righteous is smooth; O Upright One, make the path of the righteous level. 8 Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. 9 At night my soul longs for You, indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; for when the earth experiences Your judgments the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. 10 Though the wicked is shown favor, he does not learn righteousness; he deals unjustly in the land of uprightness, and does not perceive the majesty of the Lord.
11 O Lord, Your hand is lifted up yet they do not see it. They see Your zeal for the people and are put to shame; indeed, fire will devour Your enemies. 12 Lord, You will establish peace for us, since You have also performed for us all our works. 13 O Lord our God, other masters besides You have ruled us; but through You alone we confess Your name,” Isaiah 26:1-13.
“6 Even so Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness. 7 Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in you.” 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.
10 For as many as are of the works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law, to perform them.” 11 Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “The righteous man shall live by faith.” 12 However, the Law is not of faith; on the contrary, “He who practices them shall live by them.” 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us — for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree” — 14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
15 Brethren, I speak in terms of human relations: even though it is only a man’s covenant, yet when it has been ratified, no one sets it aside or adds conditions to it. 16 Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as referring to many, but rather to one, “And to your seed,” that is, Christ. 17 What I am saying is this: the Law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise. 18 For if the inheritance is based on law, it is no longer based on a promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by means of a promise.
19 Why the Law then? It was added because of transgressions, having been ordained through angels by the agency of a mediator, until the seed would come to whom the promise had been made. 20 Now a mediator is not for one party only; whereas God is only one. 21 Is the Law then contrary to the promises of God? May it never be! For if a law had been given which was able to impart life, then righteousness would indeed have been based on law. 22 But the Scripture has shut up everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
23 But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, being shut up to the faith which was later to be revealed. 24 Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise,” Galatians 3:6-29.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
