Together we Stand… Divided we Fall!
“And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand” Mark 3:25.
There should no be division in the body of Christ, but rather there should be unity and peace! No man is an island! Everybody needs or will need somebody in this life and in this walk with Christ. This is why we should pray together and for one another as the body and the family of Christ.
We all need each other and must realize that our only adversary is the devil whom is seeking all that he can devour. We shouldn’t see our brothers and sisters as our enemies, because we only have one enemy, and that is the devil whose mission is to kill, steal, and to destroy.
Instead of division, we should strive to have peace and unity with everyone, especially those who are our brothers and sisters in Christ (Galatians 6:10)!
Satan loves when we are in confusion and divided against each other in the body of Christ or even in our personal lives. But if we are unified in Christ, in the Church of God, in family, or in our homes, Satan and hell has no win against the children of God because a threefold cord is not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12)!
U N I T Y is a great and mighty weapon against the enemy and a great victory for the body of Christ!
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalms 133:1.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” John 10:10.

I know this is an old post, but extremely relevant today. I’ve been pondering the question of how we have peace and unity with the ungodly and those who are living outwardly in sin, but want acceptance as normal behavior. In particular the gay militant movement today. I have friends and family that are openly gay and married, I love them and relate to them. But when it comes to worship in a church as if all is well, I’m struggling. I know there can be sinful lifestyles that are hidden and active in people next to us in a pew, but if we are aware of them, we should not just be ignoring them right. For example, child molestation. I agree, buting head on and being just as mad, angry, violent is not the answer. What is?
1 Corinthians 6:17
New King James Version (NKJV)
17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
