I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare there is NO ONE who is God’s/ Elohim’s EQUAL!
  Lift up your eyes on High and SEE!
  It is the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim who created these!
  The Holy One/ HaKadosh brings out their host by number, the One who calls them all by name.
  Because of His GREAT STRENGTH and VAST POWER, not one is missing!
• I decree and declare you do not think that your way is hidden from the Lord/ Adonai and the JUSTICE due you escapes His notice.
  You KNOW and have HEARD: the Lord Adonai is the Eternal God/ ’El’Olam, the Creator/ Elohim of the Earth.
  HE DOES NOT GROW TIRED NOR WEARY.
  His UNDERSTANDING IS UNSEARCHABLE.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai GIVES STRENGTH to the WEARY, and to one without vigor He ADDS MIGHT!
  Those who WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai will RENEW THEIR STRENGTH.
  They will SOAR UP WITH WINGS as Eagles.
  They will RUN and not grow weary.
  They will WALK and not be faint.
• I decree and declare I WATCH for the Lord/ Adonai — I WAIT for the God/ Elohim of my SALVATION.
  My God/Elohim HEARS ME.
  Though I FALL — I WILL ARISE; though I sit in darkness, the LORD/ ADONAI IS MY LIGHT!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will EXECUTE JUDGMENT for me; He will BRING ME OUT TO THE LIGHT, and I will behold His RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  Then my enemies will SEE IT and shame will cover them, they who said to me, “Where is the Lord/Adonai, your God?”
  They will be overcome by the POWER and SOVEREIGNTY of my God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare from the Lord/ Adonai a man’s STEPS ARE MADE FIRM, when He delights in his way.
  Though he STUMBLE, he will NOT FALL HEADLONG, for the Lord/ Adonai is HOLDING HIS HAND!
• I decree and declare TURN from evil and DO GOOD, so you will live forever.
  For the Lord/ Adonai LOVES JUSTICE and DOES NOT ABANDON His Godly Ones.
  They are PRESERVED FOREVER!
  The RIGHTEOUS will INHERIT the Land and Dwell in it FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the mouth of the RIGHTEOUS utters WISDOM and their tongue speaks JUSTICE; the Law/ Torah of their God/Elohim is in their heart.
  Their steps do not slip.
  You WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai and KEEP HIS WAY, and He will EXALT you to INHERIT the Land.
  You are a Follower of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, a Believer with INTEGRITY and UPRIGHT — you have PEACE/SHALOM, you have a FUTURE.
• I decree and declare SALVATION of the RIGHTEOUS is from the Lord.
  He is their STRONGHOLD in time of Trouble.
  The Lord/ Adonai helps them and delivers them.
  He RESCUES them from the wicked and SAVES them — because they take REFUGE in Him!
• I declare my Lord/ Adonai, I EXALT You, for you are TRUE and DEPENDABLE!
  I cried out to You for help and You healed me.
  You brought my soul up from Sheol; You kept me alive, so I would not die.
  I SING PRAISES to You, Lord/ Adonai, and PRAISE YOUR HOLY NAME!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, HEAR and are GRACIOUS to me; You are my HELP.
  You turn my mourning into DANCING; You removed my sackcloth and CLOTHED ME WITH JOY!
  So my GLORY will SING to You and not be silent.
  Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai, I will PRAISE YOU FOREVER!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁵ “To whom then will you liken Me that I would be his equal?” says the Holy One.²⁶ Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, the One who leads forth their host by number,He calls them all by name; because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, not one of them is missing.
²⁷ Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel,“My way is hidden from the Lord, and the justice due me escapes the notice of my God”? ²⁸ Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired.His understanding is inscrutable. ²⁹ He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. ³⁰ Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly,³¹ Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary,” Isaiah 40:25-31.

“⁷But as for me, I will watch expectantly for the Lord;I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.⁸ Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy.Though I fall I will rise; though I dwell in darkness, the Lord is alight for me.
⁹ I will bear the indignation of the Lord because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my case and executes justice for me.He will bring me out to the light, and I will see His righteousness. ¹⁰ Then my enemy will see, and shame will cover her who said to me,“Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will look on her; at that time she will be trampled down like mire of the streets,” Micah 7:7-10.

“²³ The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and He delights in his way. ²⁴ When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, because the Lord is the One who holds his hand. ²⁵ I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his descendants begging bread. ²⁶ All day long he is gracious and lends, and his descendants are a blessing.
²⁷ Depart from evil and do good, so you will abide forever. ²⁸ For the Lord loves justice and does not forsake His godly ones; they are preserved forever, but the descendants of the wicked will be cut off. ²⁹ The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever. ³⁰ The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice. ³¹ The law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not slip. ³² The wicked spies upon the righteous and seeks to kill him. ³³ The Lord will not leave him in his hand or let him be condemned when he is judged. ³⁴ Wait for the Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see it.
³⁵ I have seen a wicked, violent man Spreading himself like a luxuriant tree in its native soil. ³⁶ Then he passed away, and lo, he was no more;I sought for him, but he could not be found. ³⁷ Mark the blameless man, and behold the upright; for the man of peace will have a posterity. ³⁸ But transgressors will be altogether destroyed; the posterity of the wicked will be cut off. ³⁹ But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;He is their strength in time of trouble. ⁴⁰ The Lord helps them and delivers them;He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in Him,” Psalm 37:23-40.

“¹I will extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up, and have not let my enemies rejoice over me. ² O Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me. ³ O Lord, You have brought up my soul from Sheol;You have kept me alive, that I would not go down to the pit. ⁴ Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name. ⁵ For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning.
⁶ Now as for me, I said in my prosperity,“I will never be moved.” ⁷ O Lord, by Your favor You have made my mountain to stand strong; You hid Your face, I was dismayed. ⁸ To You, O Lord, I called, and to the Lord I made supplication: ⁹ “What profit is there in my blood, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness?
¹⁰ “Hear, O Lord, and be gracious to me; O Lord, be my helper.” ¹¹ You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,¹² That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever,” Psalm 30:1-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
