Declarations & Decrees: Those Who Share God’s Words Are His Angels, His Messengers Here on Earth!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God’s messengers, in days of old and today, SHARE HIS WORDS with the People.
  Those with HUNGRY hearts will PAY ATTENTION to what the Lord says and to the words of His Servants.
  The Word of the Lord brings a Holy FEAR into the hearts of His People.
• I decree and declare the MESSENGERS, ANGELS, of God convey His message to the People.
  The People are ENCOURAGED and MOTIVATED to advance with the work of the Lord.
  Faith is built up within each one and UNITY is restored.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s Messengers are sent before His appearing to PREPARE the hearts of the People.
  God takes great delight in the Messengers of His Covenant.
• I decree and declare the Lord is coming as a REFINER’S FIRE, like the SOAP-MAKER’S LYE; be prepared and aligned in His Spirit that you can endure the day of His coming.
• I decree and declare God’s Messengers are speaking as John/ Yochanan, preparing the WAY of the Lord.
  TRUTHFUL Messengers share GOD’S Heart and EXPECTATIONS.
  It is by the washing of the Blood of the Lamb, Christ/ Messiah, that you are saved and accepted into His family.
  God expects HOLINESS from His People: you are to be HOLY for He is HOLY.
• I decree and declare the Messengers of God are PROCLAIMING His Word, the Good News to all creation.
  Whoever TRUSTS and is immersed will be saved, whoever does not trust will be condemned.
• I decree and declare you who TRUST will have SIGNS accompany you: in Christ’s Name you will drive out demons, speak with new tongues, not be injured if you handle snakes or drink poison, and you will heal the sick by the laying on of hands.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the Lord their God and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the Lord their God had sent him. And the people showed reverence for the Lord. ¹³ Then Haggai, the messenger of the Lord, spoke by the commission of the Lord to the people saying, “‘I am with you,’ declares the Lord.” ¹⁴ So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and worked on the house of the Lord of hosts, their God, ¹⁵ on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month in the second year of Darius the king,” Haggai 1:12-15.

“¹ “Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming,” says the Lord of hosts. ² “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap,” Malachi 3:1-2.

“²⁴ When the messengers of John had left, He began to speak to the crowds about John, “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind? ²⁵ But what did you go out to see? A man dressed in soft clothing? Those who are splendidly clothed and live in luxury are found in royal palaces! ²⁶ But what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I say to you, and one who is more than a prophet. ²⁷ This is the one about whom it is written, ‘Behold, I send My messenger ahead of You, who will prepare Your way before You.’ ²⁸ I say to you, among those born of women there is no one greater than John; yet he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he,” Luke 7:24-28.

“¹⁵ And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. ¹⁶ He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. ¹⁷ These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; ¹⁸ they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” ¹⁹ So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. ²⁰ And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the word by the signs that followed. And they promptly reported all these instructions to Peter and his companions. And after that, Jesus Himself sent out through them from east to west the sacred and imperishable proclamation of eternal salvation,” Mark 16:15-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
