Declarations & Decrees: Those Who Fast & Pray Before God Are Bringing in the Latter Rain!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree those who DWELL in the Father’s Presence and FAST and PRAY, calling to Him to bring the RAIN, the LATTER RAIN, will see the rain clouds and the SHOWERS to cover the Earth!
• We decree and declare ALL who have been wandering without a true SHEPHERD to guide them and instruct them in the WAY of the Lord will SEE and HEAR the TRUTH they have been yearning for.
  Their hearts will ache because of their lack, their hunger, until they meet their SAVIOR.
• We declare the anger of the Lord burns against the false shepherds, those who lead their flocks astray.
  God will vent His anger on the leaders of the flock who did not teach them of Him and His Word.
• We decree and declare the Lord God will care for His flock, the People of Judah and those who have come to Him though Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, His Son.
  He will make them like His royal WAR HORSE.
  They will be like warriors trampling the mud of the streets in battle.
  They will fight, because the Lord is with them!
• We decree and declare the Lord will WHISTLE for His People and gather them, because He has REDEEMED them; they are numerous as they were before; He sowed them among the peoples.
  In distant land His Chosen People remember Him; they will bring their children with them and RETURN to Zion!
  They will come until there is no more room for them.
• We decree and declare the SHOFAR/ Trumpet is blowing in Zion; the ALARM is sounding on God’s Holy Mountain!
  Let all living in the land tremble for the Day of the Lord has come!
• We declare the Lord is shouting orders to His forces – His Army is IMMENSE, MIGHTY, and it does what He says.
  For great is the Day of the Lord, FEARSOME, TERRIFYING!
  Who can endure it?
• We decree and declare EVEN NOW the Lord calls “Turn to Me with ALL YOUR HEART, with FASTING, weeping and lamenting.”
  Tear your heart, not your garments; and turn to the Lord your God.
  For He is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger, rich in grace, and willing to change His mind about disaster.
• We decree and declare the SHOFAR is blowing in Zion; a HOLY FAST is proclaimed; the solemn assembly is called.
  Gather all the People, CONSECRATE the congregation; assemble the Leaders; gather the children, even infants; let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride the bridal chamber.
  The Priests, who serve the Lord, stand weeping between the vestibule and the ALTAR.
• We decree and declare the Priests are standing in the gap for the People, seeking the Lord to spare His People; to protect His HERITAGE from mockery and from becoming a byword among the Nations.
• We PRAY for the PEACE of Jerusalem; that her inhabitants will KNOW the Lord God and the Lamb that was slain for the sins of mankind.
  We decree the Nations coming to Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua are PROVOKING the Children of Israel to SEEK God.
• We declare Holy Spirit is moving to draw all mankind unto the Lord, Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah.
  The LORD God is pouring out from His Spirit upon EVERYONE.
  Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
  He is performing miracles in the sky above and signs on the earth below – blood, fire and thick smoke.
• We declare Jesus/Yeshua from Nazareth was a man demonstrated to have been from God by the POWERFUL WORKS, MIRACLES and SIGNS that God performed through Him in the presence of many.
  He was arrested in accordance with GOD’S PREDETERMINED PLAN and foreknowledge; and He was nailed upon a cross and was killed.
  BUT GOD raised Him up and FREED Him from the suffering of death; it was IMPOSSIBLE that death could keeps its hold on Him!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

¹Ask rain from the Lord at the time of the spring rain — the Lord who makes the storm clouds; and He will give them showers of rain, vegetation in the field to each man. ² For the teraphim [household gods] speak iniquity, and the diviners see lying visions and tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore the people wander like sheep, they are afflicted, because there is no shepherd. ³ “My anger is kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the male goats; for the Lord of hosts has visited His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them like His majestic horse in battle. ⁴ “From them will come the cornerstone, from them the tent peg, from them the bow of battle, from them every ruler, all of them together. ⁵ “They will be as mighty men, treading down the enemy in the mire of the streets in battle; and they will fight, for the Lord will be with them; and the riders on horses will be put to shame. ⁶ “I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back, because I have had compassion on them; and they will be as though I had not rejected them, for I am the Lord their God and I will answer them. ⁷ “Ephraim will be like a mighty man, and their heart will be glad as if from wine; indeed, their children will see it and be glad, their heart will rejoice in the Lord. ⁸ “I will whistle for them to gather them together, for I have redeemed them; and they will be as numerous as they were before. ⁹ “When I scatter them among the peoples, they will remember Me in far countries, and they with their children will live and come back. ¹⁰ “I will bring them back from the land of Egypt and gather them from Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon until no room can be found for them,” Zechariah 10:1-10.

“¹ low a trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm on My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming; surely it is near…..
….. ¹¹ The Lord utters His voice before His army; surely His camp is very great, for strong is he who carries out His word. The day of the Lord is indeed great and very awesome, and who can endure it? ¹² “Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, weeping and mourning; ¹³ And rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil. ¹⁴ Who knows whether He will not turn and relent and leave a blessing behind Him, even a grain offering and a drink offering for the Lord your God? ¹⁵ Blow a trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly, ¹⁶ Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber. ¹⁷ Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not make Your inheritance a reproach, a byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, ‘Where is their God?’” Joel 2:1, 11-17.

“¹¹ I say then, they did not stumble so as to fall, did they? May it never be! But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous. ¹² Now if their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment be! ¹³ But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, ¹⁴ if somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them. ¹⁵ For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?” Romans 11:11-15

“¹ When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. ² And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance……
….. ¹⁴ But Peter, taking his stand with the eleven, raised his voice and declared to them: “Men of Judea and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you and give heed to my words. ¹⁵ For these men are not drunk, as you suppose, for it is only the third hour of the day; ¹⁶ but this is what was spoken of through the prophet Joel: ¹⁷ ‘And it shall be in the last days,’ God says, ‘That I will pour forth of My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; ¹⁸ Even on My bondslaves, both men and women, I will in those days pour forth of My Spirit and they shall prophesy. ¹⁹ ‘And I will grant wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke. ²⁰ ‘The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord shall come. ²¹ ‘And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ ²² “Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know — ²³ this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death. ²⁴ But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power,” Acts 2:1-4, 14-24.
