Respect

Dishonor and Disrespect don’t get a free pass!

You don’t get to come up against your leader and continue to receive from their foundation of knowledge wisdom experience! Assignment cancelled!

When respect is removed then they can no longer honor the oil you possess.

They can’t value what they no longer can receive and won’t glean from your well!

Connection destroyed covenant broken assignment cancelled!

They Know My Voice!

This is perhaps one of the most important post for those in leadership to read.

Somebody is about to get set free for real!

I know who are called to my voice!

People don’t know, that you understand that everybody who connect to you is not for you, but are in a temporary place of safety until they find their voice.

This is the reason, many times as a leader, we can’t get accountability from some persons, because YAH won’t allow them to become committed, because they don’t belong to our voice!

Trying to connect persons who are not your trainees or students, only leads to frustration between all those involved.

The teacher and student will clash continually, because they are not supposed to be with each other at that time.

Leaders need to learn that sometimes they are a bridge to get someone to their designated leader, but most leaders will attempt to create a spiritual connection that wasn’t suppose to take place.

Throughout the years, I have learned how not to allow myself to get disturbed because of those who say they are called to somebody else, after being fed by me.

If there is no growth or visible signs that they are obtaining and retaining the knowledge, wisdom or revelations, I know it’s because they are not chosen to know my voice.

When they are your sheep, they will know how to follow you!
