There is Nothing to grab on to!
When Satan sends his tormentors out to mess up your day, you can make it very difficult for them. By your daily choices of what to say, what to look at, what to think about and what to listen to, you choose whether to give the tormenting demons a place to grab, and whisper in your ear day and night.
Oh yes you can rebuke them in My name, but they only leave for a moment as long as they can just reach out and grab a handle!
Each handle has a name, and demons can easily identify there handle. There is a handle labeled resentment, which attract the spirits of hate and murder.
There is a large handle labeled unclean, that a thousand demons at once can hold on to. This handle is established through the eye gate when lust is not dealt with. Pornography makes this handle extremely strong and difficult to remove. There are handles labeled insecure, fearful, self absorbed, addicted, abused, depressed, lonely, hypochondria, weak, sickly, prideful, and poor self image. There are billions of demons roaming the atmosphere, needing a place to grab onto. They are looking for anyone with one or more of these handles.
When an unclean spirit is kicked out of a man by using My name, the spirit roams through dry places, seeking rest, and if he finds none, [44] he will return to the man he came out of; and if he finds handles to grab onto, [45] he will go, find seven other demons more wicked than himself, and they will all grab on to handles: and the last state of that man will be much worse than the first. It will be the same in all generations, Matthew 12:43-45.
I will get rid of the tormentors for you when you call on Me, and use My name, but it’s your job to make new choices to, “kill your flesh members while you are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, homosexual desires, dirty thoughts, and covetousness, which is idolatry: [6] For which things’ sake the wrath of My Father comes on the children of disobedience: [8] Also get rid of the handles of all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. [9] and a big handle stop lien get one to another.
You must do this because you have put off the old man with all the handles; [10] Now by your daily choices, put on the new man, with no handles to grab, which has been renewed in knowledge after My image: [12] As My ambassadors, holy and beloved put on: mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; [13] Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as I forgave you, you must do it. [14] And above all these things put on LOVE, which is the bond of perfectness.
Then when there are no more handles, you can let My peace rule in your heart, which you are called to in one body; and then be thankful. [16] Let My word dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. [17] And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in My name, giving thanks to My Father, and when the tormentors come around you they will yell to one another, THERE’S NOTHING TO GRAB,” Colossians 3:5-6,8-10,12-17.
Make your day easy on yourself, and difficult for the demons, choose life all day long!
