Format is the form, design or arrangement of something. The word format, is often used in the production of books, magazines, TV and radio programs. The kingdom word for format is nonexistent, because format has no meaning without repetitive action.

My Father is creator God whose ways are past finding out, Romans 11:33. The western church leaders continually attempt the impossible, trying to force My Holy Spirit into a format, that they can control and manage and repeat over and over. The larger the crowd, the stricter the format becomes, because of the pressure to perform well, as if to give them their monies worth.

The production becomes more important than the transformation of lives. Great well rehearsed productions become very deceptive, because they stir the emotions so deeply, but seldom produce life changing results. The fear of looking bad to the audience comes from a lack of inner communication with My Spirit. Leaders who wait on Me and learn to trust nothing but the My Still Small Voice within, is almost nonexistent, causing one to follow a format. New births still take place within a format, but most have spiritual birth defects.

Due to the format, when a new birth takes place, some things are made new, but not all things! 2 Corinthians 5:17. There are many old things that do not pass away and are struggled with for years, because the birth was defective.

Man’s format rearranged My word to create a great sounding message, but cut out offensive parts, reworded negative parts, to make it enjoyable and easy to receive. The death required for a healthy birth, is never easy to receive! John 12:24

What My Spirit has in mind to say at a given moment will not be found in a format, because it has never been said before, in the way He wants to say it. “My Spirit knows who has an ear, and will hear what the He is saying to the church,” Revelation 2:7.

The fear of offending, and sticking with the format, waters down the power of the gospel, causing millions of birth defects. Two generations of believers with spiritual birth defects, is enough to cause the world’s most powerful nation to self destruct.

Your formats leave out, My hatred of sin, My prophetic songs of the Spirit, the weeping in the midnight hour as the heart of My Father aches for His children. It leaves out spontaneous words of knowledge and wisdom coming from little ones not in listed in the script. It cuts short the time necessary to break a hard shell around an abused woman’s heart. “I need time to put a new spirit within her; and time to take the stony heart, out of her flesh, and give her a heart of flesh,” Ezekiel 11:19.

Church leader, your format is designed to meet man’s schedule, My Spirit cares nothing about man’s schedule, only about cracking the shell, and again My spirit cares nothing about your message, only about cracking that shell. Your format, causes birth defects and cuts short the time needed for the breaking of shells. Thus the American church’s have invisible revolving doors. They come in hard and leave hard! Entertained by a nice show but never transformed.

Let it be known: that sticking to your format, has destroyed your nation from within, all due to stony hearts, and birth defects!

Jim Hammerle (1941-2017) began ministry working with David Wilkerson and Nicky Cruz, founding Teen Challenge Philadelphia. 6 times in the mission field pastoring a mission ship, 15 years with tv and radio, teaching, and preaching.  As a retired businessman, Jim helped to feed widows and orphans in Uganda, helping Muslims find the Jesus who fed them. He became His banker and was privileged to give His money away, wherever He decided, so he also helping to build an orphanage in Haiti and investing in lives in the USA. Totally in love with his Lord, at age 73 he served in ministry at Victory Christian Church and lived every hour listening for his Heavenly Father’s voice.  Jim passed away on May 23, 2017 to be with the LORD.
