There Is a Time and a Season for All Things!
As, I was meditating upon the LORD, He spoke to me again regarding the camel, but this time it was in regards to the camel’s hair.
The LORD spoke to me that John the Baptist was clothed in camel’s hair, and I begin to question God as to why?
He said to me that the camel’s hair represents the toughness of the prophet’s mantle and the thickness of that mantle when it comes to spiritual warfare, that he or she will be called to endure in this season.
He said that John the Baptist was a true burden bearer, because he cried day and night regarding the coming of Christ.
John said over and over again in the wilderness that the people needed to repent.
Although I am sure many did not heed the call, yet it did not deter him from revealing the burden that God had placed in his heart to the people.
John had the true spirit of what the camel represented, he was a man who had a humble heart and he exemplified this in his desire to protect and to guard the message of the coming Messiah and what it would mean for the world, just as any prophet who is called by God should do.
In this season, God is also raising up prophets who have a John the Baptist anointing and they are going to declare, decree and announce the coming of Christ, just as John the Baptist did.
John decreed and declared the coming of the LORD and in the end, it costed him his life.
He was not afraid to confront and to stand up for the gospel of salvation.
The LORD revealed to me that John never lost sight of his mission, his assignment or the mandate he was called from birth to fulfill.
His desire was to not please the world, but to please the Father.
This is why the Book of Mark describes him as a man that was girdled with skin about his loins, and who ate locusts and wild honey for his meal, because God wanted to show him in his most vulnerable state.
John was unlike this generation, who are so caught upon being flashy and flamboyant, wanting to be the center of attention on the platform.
Instead of lifting up Christ, today they are caught up in lifting and magnifying self.
I hear God saying, “Are you ready to decrease without becoming insecure as John did, when he stepped back to announce the coming of Christ?”
There was no insecurity or jealousy between them. John played his part as the forerunner of Christ, but when it came time for Christ to be (the center piece of attention) baptized of the Holy Ghost, he stepped back and allowed Jesus to take His rightful place in the earth realm.
Will you be able to do the same as a Man or a Woman of God?
Or will you be the one to throw the Hateraid around; instead of becoming a team player in the body of Christ?
“6 Now John was clothed with camel’s hair and with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey. 7 And he preached, saying, “There comes One after me who is mightier than I, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to stoop down and loose. 8 I indeed baptized you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit,” Mark 1:6-8.

As a Missionary, God moved her into the Office of a Prophet, revealing to her the qualities of a True prophet, humility, humiliation, loving others, interceding in prayer, as she keeps her own life clean to accurately hear from God. Since hearing the audible voice of God calling her to ministry, she’s been called to intercede and pray for others in ministry as God speaks, instructs, directs and gives prophetic words for her to give to others. God promised He would bring her to sit and to learn before great men, all of which He did!
