I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare all People will TREMBLE before the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY who is KING and enthroned on the Cherubim; let all the Earth SHAKE!
  The Lord is GREAT in Zion; He is HIGH above all the Peoples.
• We declare MIGHTY KING who loves JUSTICE, YOU established FAIRNESS, JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS in Israel and throughout the Nations.
  People EXALT the Lord our God!
  Prostrate yourselves at His footstool for He is HOLY!
• We decree and declare the Lord God, the First and the Last, will ANSWER those who SERVE Him and approach Him in Humility and Holy FEAR.
  In days of old, He spoke to His Servants in the column of cloud; He answered them and was a forgiving God.
  YOU are now His Children through the Blood of the Lamb; His Spirit indwells you and GUIDES you in His Way.
• We decree the People are HEARING reports about the Lord; they are AWED by His deeds.
  His WORKS are coming to LIFE in our own age; He is making them know in our own time.
  He is displaying His ANGER toward sin but remembers COMPASSION towards those who will TURN to Him.
• We declare the SPLENDOR of the Great I AM COVERS the Shy, and His PRAISE fills the Earth.
  His BRIGHTNESS is like the Sun, Rays come forth from His Hand – that is where His POWER is concealed.
• We decree and declare People throughout the Earth AWAKE! LISTEN! LOOK and SEE!
  The Lord is sending forth PESTILENCE, and close behind, the PLAGUE.
  As He STANDS up, the Earth shakes; when He LOOKS, the Nations TREMBLE, the Eternal Mountains are smashed to pieces, the ANCIENT HILLS sink down, the ANCIENT PATHS are His!
  Turn with repentant hearts to the Lord!
• We decree and declare the Lord God, Yahvey, Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh, is SPEAKING by His Spirit!
  He will speak through the burning bush, and the column of FIRE!
  He will speak, as He knows best, to CALL Humankind to REPENT!
  Then His enemies will know His Name, the Nations will TREMBLE before Him!
• We decree and declare God Almighty will do TREMENDOUS things that the People are not expecting, they desire that He would come down, so that the Mountains would shake at His Presence!
  BUT He has come down, and His Son walked the Earth, yet many did not accept Him. REPENT and have open eyes and hearts to RECEIVE the Lamb that was Slain, to wash away your sins.
• We declare no one has ever HEARD, no ear PERCEIVED, no eye SEEN, any GOD but YOU.
  You work for him who WAITS for You!
  God has FAVORED those who were glad to do justice, those who remembered Him in His Ways.
• We decree BLOW the SHOFAR/ Rams horn in Zion; the ALARM is sounding on the Lord’s Holy Mountain!
  All those living in the Land will TREMBLE, for the Day of the Lord is COMING!
  It is upon us!
• We decree the MIGHTY ARMY of the Lord, in HIS GLORY, is covering the Land.
  There has never been anything like it.
  Ahead of them a FIRE DEVOURS, behind them a FLAME CONSUMES; ahead the Land is like Eden, behind them a desert waste. From them there is no escape.
• We decree those who have not turned to the Lord will writhe in anguish, every face is drained of color.
  The Warriors of the Lord charge, they scale the wall like soldiers.
  Each one keeping to his own course, they stay on their own paths; they burst through defenses unharmed, without even breaking rank.
• We decree and declare as the Army of the Lord advances, the Earth quakes, the Sky shakes, the Sun and Moon turn BLACK, and the Stars stop shining.
  The Lord God SHOUTS ORDERS to His forces – His Army is immense, MIGHTY, and it DOES what He says.
  For great is the Day of the Lord, FEARSOME, TERRIFYING! Who can endure it.
• We declare YET EVEN NOW the Lord says, “Turn to ME with ALL YOUR HEART, with fasting, weeping and lamenting.”
  Tear your heart, not your garments and TURN TO THE LORD YOUR GOD.
  For He is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger, rich in grace, and willing to change His mind about disaster.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ The Lord reigns, let the peoples tremble; He is enthroned above the cherubim, let the earth shake! ² The Lord is great in Zion, and He is exalted above all the peoples. ³ Let them praise Your great and awesome name; Holy is He. ⁴ The strength of the King loves justice; You have established equity; You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob. ⁵ Exalt the Lord our God and worship at His footstool; Holy is He. ⁶ Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called on His name; they called upon the Lord and He answered them. ⁷ He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; they kept His testimonies and the statute that He gave them. ⁸ O Lord our God, You answered them; You were a forgiving God to them, and yet an avenger of their evil deeds. ⁹ Exalt the Lord our God and worship at His holy hill, for holy is the Lord our God,” Psalm 99:1-9.

“² Lord, I have heard the report about You and I fear. O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy. ³ God comes from Teman, and the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah. His splendor covers the heavens, and the earth is full of His praise. ⁴ His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, and there is the hiding of His power. ⁵ Before Him goes pestilence, and plague comes after Him. ⁶ He stood and surveyed the earth; He looked and startled the nations. Yes, the perpetual mountains were shattered, the ancient hills collapsed. His ways are everlasting,” Habakkuk 3:2-6.

“² As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil — to make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! ³ When You did awesome things which we did not expect, You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence. ⁴ For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him. ⁵ You meet him who rejoices in doing righteousness, who remembers You in Your ways. Behold, You were angry, for we sinned, we continued in them a long time; and shall we be saved?” Isaiah 64:2-5.

“¹ Blow a trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm on My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming; surely it is near, ² A day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness. As the dawn is spread over the mountains, so there is a great and mighty people; there has never been anything like it, nor will there be again after it to the years of many generations. ³ A fire consumes before them and behind them a flame burns. The land is like the garden of Eden before them but a desolate wilderness behind them, and nothing at all escapes them. ⁴ Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; and like war horses, so they run. ⁵ With a noise as of chariots they leap on the tops of the mountains, like the crackling of a flame of fire consuming the stubble, like a mighty people arranged for battle. ⁶ Before them the people are in anguish; all faces ^[turn ale. ⁷ They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like soldiers; and they each march in line, nor do they deviate from their paths. ⁸ They do not crowd each other, they march everyone in his path; when they burst through the defenses, they do not break ranks. ⁹ They rush on the city, they run on the wall; they climb into the houses, they enter through the windows like a thief. ¹⁰ Before them the earth quakes, the heavens tremble, the sun and the moon grow dark and the stars lose their brightness. ¹¹ The Lord utters His voice before His army; surely His camp is very great, for strong is he who carries out His word. The day of the Lord is indeed great and very awesome, and who can endure it? ¹² “Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, weeping and mourning; ¹³ And rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil. ¹⁴ Who knows whether He will not turn and relent and leave a blessing behind Him, even a grain offering and a drink offering for the Lord your God? ¹⁵ Blow a trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly, ¹⁶ Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber,” Joel 2:1-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
