The World Series:
The Bridegroom Defeats the Evil Empire!

God is so cool! He speaks through everything — if only we would have ears to hear.
I received this Revelation as I was tracking The World Series this year and hope it blesses those who read.
I am a San Fransisco Giants fan so I did not care to follow the World Series. However, I recently traveled to New York and have several people whom I work with closely who were rooting for The Los Angeles Dodgers.
There are times when I randomly get a thought to research what seems to be “useless” trivia, and so, after Game 2, I had one of those thoughts and I searched up the history about the LA Dodgers.
The Dodgers did not start in Los Angeles. Their original home base from the 19th century was Brooklyn New York.
Apparently, their rivalry with the New York Yankees dates way back to the 1800s, when the league was established.
They’re cross-town rivals (Brooklyn vs. Bronx). In 1888, the Dodgers team name was renamed for a time to the Brooklyn Bridegrooms, when six of their key players all got married that year!
Side note: The Number 888 coincidentally represents the number of Jesus’s name in the Greek gematria — and a nickname the Yankees have been known by over the years is “Evil Empire.”
So much Revelation here, but these are the key symbolic highlights I took away:
Series Matches — the Dodgers led the series sweeping the Yankees in the 1st three games.
It was evident the Evil Empire didn’t have a chance against The Bridegrooms.
During Game 4, the Evil Empire was unwilling to go down without a fight, and the series score was 3 to 1.
Both teams fought hard and The Bridegroom defeated the Evil Empire by a 1-point game.
Game 5, 7 to 6 Final, wins the Series — Five (5) is the number of Grace, and Seven (7) represents God’s Shabbat rest (anointing), while Six (6) represents the working and toil prior to entering Shabbat (anti-anointing).
The Bride[groom]s defeat the Evil Empire in Grace and in God’s Rest.
It points to the necessity of intimacy with God, and resisting the temptation to work, work, work… moving ahead without the peace of God, when He is calling us to move with Him in His Shabbat rest.
Game 5, Dodgers @ Yankees — points to the Bridegroom defeating the Evil Empire in their own house.
Los Angeles to New York — prepare for God’s Justice to sweep over our land from coast to coast this next season.
The World Series — what happens in America this season will impact the entire world!
“Surely the Lord God does nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets.” Amos 3:7.
Daddy God reveals His intended plans to us.
He is seeking those who will partner with Him on the earth.
For those reading, I submit this in humility and repentance, because I should have written it the day I first received the Revelation.
I pray this encourages us all to pursue The LORD in deeper intimacy, that we may lean in close to hear His Heart for The Nation, and the world that we may be faithful partners with Him.
With much love!
