Declarations & Decrees: The World Is Being Stirred Up to Provide for Your Vision!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is STIRRING UP the spirits of Leaders throughout the World in order for His Word to be FULFILLED.
  Leaders are being moved to PROCLAIM and PUBLISH God’s DESIGN, His WILL, for His People throughout the Earth!
• I decree and declare the Leaders, though they may not know God/ Elohim, will ACKNOWLEDGE Him; they will RECOGNIZE that it has been by His POWER that they have their position of LEADERSHIP and RULE.
  He has placed them in their countries for SUCH A TIME AS THIS.
  These Leaders will ENCOURAGE and provide for the DEVELOPMENT and EXPANSION of your ministries, the VISION of God for you.
• I decree and declare NEIGHBORS and ACQUAINTANCES will send provision to you; they will be PROMPTED by Holy Spirit to send or deposit funds into your accounts.
  God’s provision, His PROMISES are coming into FULFILLMENT.
• I decree and declare IT IS TIME TO REJOICE and PRAISE the Lord Most High/ Adonai Elyon!
  Thank the Lord/ Adonai for allowing the FOUNDATION to be completed!
  Though it has been a long time in coming, it is by His STRENGTH and His DESIGN that it is now moving FORWARD.
  Shout for JOY and PRAISE His Holy Name!
• I decree and declare it is GOOD to GIVE THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai and SING PRAISES to His Name Most High/ Elyon, to tell in the Morning about His GRACE and at Night about His FAITHFULNESS!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, what You do makes me HAPPY; I take JOY in what YOUR HANDS HAVE MADE.
  HOW GREAT ARE YOUR DEEDS, Lord/ Adonai!
  How very DEEP Your THOUGHTS!
• I decree and declare the RIGHTEOUS will FLOURISH like a Palm tree, they will GROW like a Cedar in Lebanon.
  PLANTED in the HOUSE of the Lord/ Adonai, They will FLOURISH in the Courtyards of our God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has the POWER to PROVIDE you with every gracious gift in abundance, so that always in every way you will have ALL YOU NEED yourselves and be able to provide abundantly for every good cause.
  So ALWAYS give according to what you have decided in your heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion for God/ Elohim loves a cheerful giver!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai provides both seed for the planter and bread for food; He will SUPPLY and MULTIPLY your seed and INCREASE the HARVEST of your RIGHTEOUSNESS.
• I decree and declare you will be ENRICHED in every way, so that you can be GENEROUS in everything.
  And through your generosity people will THANK GOD, because rendering this HOLY SERVICE not only PROVIDES for the needs of God’s People, but it also OVERFLOWS in many thanks People will give to God!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he sent a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying: ² “Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, ‘The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. ³ Whoever there is among you of all His people, may his God be with him! Let him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah and rebuild the house of the Lord, the God of Israel; He is the God who is in Jerusalem. ⁴ Every survivor, at whatever place he may live, let the men of that place support him with silver and gold, with goods and cattle, together with a freewill offering for the house of God which is in Jerusalem.’”
⁵ Then the heads of fathers’ households of Judah and Benjamin and the priests and the Levites arose, even everyone whose spirit God had stirred to go up and rebuild the house of the Lord which is in Jerusalem. ⁶ All those about them encouraged them with articles of silver, with gold, with goods, with cattle and with valuables, aside from all that was given as a freewill offering. ⁷ Also King Cyrus brought out the articles of the house of the Lord, which Nebuchadnezzar had carried away from Jerusalem and put in the house of his gods; ⁸ and Cyrus, king of Persia, had them brought out by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and he counted them out to Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah. ⁹ Now this was their number: 30 gold dishes, 1,000 silver dishes, 29 duplicates; ¹⁰ 30 gold bowls, 410 silver bowls of a second kind and 1,000 other articles. ¹¹ All the articles of gold and silver numbered 5,400. Sheshbazzar brought them all up with the exiles who went up from Babylon to Jerusalem,” Ezra 1:1-11.

“¹⁰ Now when the builders had laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise the Lord according to the directions of King David of Israel. ¹¹ They sang, praising and giving thanks to the Lord, saying, “For He is good, for His lovingkindness is upon Israel forever.” And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the Lord because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. ¹² Yet many of the priests and Levites and heads of fathers’ households, the old men who had seen the first temple, wept with a loud voice when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, while many shouted aloud for joy, ¹³ so that the people could not distinguish the sound of the shout of joy from the sound of the weeping of the people, for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the sound was heard far away,” Ezra 3:10-13.

“¹ It is good to give thanks to the Lord and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; ² To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning and Your faithfulness by night, ³ With the ten-stringed lute and with the harp, with resounding music upon the lyre. ⁴ For You, O Lord, have made me glad by what You have done, I will sing for joy at the works of Your hands. ⁵ How great are Your works, O Lord! Your thoughts are very deep……
……. ¹² The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, he will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. ¹³ Planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. ¹⁴ They will still yield fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and very green, ¹⁵ To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him,” Psalm 92:1-5, 12-15.

“⁷ Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. ⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed; ⁹ as it is written, “He scattered abroad, he gave to the poor, his righteousness endures forever.”
¹⁰ Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness; ¹¹ you will be enriched in everything for all liberality, which through us is producing thanksgiving to God. ¹² For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God,” 2 Corinthians 9:7-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
