The Wisdom From Above
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? Let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace,” James 3:13-18.
Wisdom is known by her deeds we are told, for true wisdom is not merely an intellectual endeavor, nor a thing always from great learning, but it is seen through the actions of those who put it into practice.
Divine wisdom is peaceable and open to reason. It does not strive on its own way and yet through its demonstration, it leads the way to setting things right amid the storms of confusion and strife.
God’s wisdom sets the record straight. It lifts up the broken-hearted, lends strength to the weak, hope for the hopeless, and vision for the short-sighted.
For without a vision, the people perish. Those who are spiritually blind grope through the darkness, but those filled with God’s light show the way for those in darkness.
One can’t find divine wisdom from reading great insights from sages of the past. Although one does find truth amid those pages and wisdom therein; the learning only finds itself lodged within the intellect.
There are those who have learned life’s lessons and have found a wisdom from their long life through many circumstances, and yet this is still not the same type of wisdom as that from above.
But the fiery furnace burns away the dross and brings about the fruit of the Spirit. And likewise, those situations that sometimes bring confusion and strife, eventually the door is opened to those who will find the answer.
For the deep purposes of God comes out of those moments, and over time, a new Spirit is formed; one that is calm in the midst of strife; one that finds its purpose amid the many struggles that mankind finds himself in.
The hills and mountains have heard of this wisdom for it was wrought before the earth was formed. For God Himself formed her in His works of old.
Those who find her find life and a purpose in it. For as we are told she is to be more desired than fine gold or silver.
There is no treasure upon earth that can compare with her.

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
Beautiful. Thanks brother.
