The Voice of The King
“Then they said to the woman, “Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world,” John 4:42.
If only more would apply this scripture today, there would be less confusion among believers.
But instead of going to the source, which is Jesus Christ (upon our relationship should be established), we’d rather go and find “like-minded” people who preach, teach, or post what we want to hear: what soothes our flesh into believing that everything is okay.
But even Paul warned us that just because something is available to us doesn’t mean we should partake in it (1 Corinthians 6:12).
We should take ALL things to God, and not just settle on what this person, or that person has said.
What The LORD may have for one person, may not be the same for another to come higher. Yet so many are busy doing what they “think” God wants them to do, instead of knowing what He told them to do, and then obeying.
Stop looking for the earthly voices that agree with you. It’s time to know The Voice of the King.
