Gonna Lay Down My Burdens Down by the Riverside
A Word of Salvation
Sin entered the world by one man Adam through which Eve came and they both sinned together. It was God’s perfect plan that men live a sweat-less life free of sin and poverty.
Because of disobedience, ignorance, a lack of understanding, and the self-will ruler-ship of man; sin became a dominant obstacle to faith.
Living a life of faith takes more effort than giving over to double and unbelief. Evil angry spirits set up roadblocks and pitfalls for unbelievers as well as believers in the faith.
A bind person hopes to see light, but if a person doesn’t know they are blind light has little significance.
One of the main jobs of a Christian believer is to let light shine so bright that it horrifies and exposes darkness.
When the first man sinned, God did not leave him in sin prison. He paid bail for past, present and future sin, and He also put up collateral through the shed blood of Jesus, His only Begotten Son.
Even though men continue to make mistakes and repeatedly commit sinful acts; Jesus shed blood is for the remission of sin.
We have an Advocate that will stand with us in any courtroom of sin. He will rend His garments to show stripes He took on the whipping post for every mortal sin of men.
“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous,” 1 John 2:1.
“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and The LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it pleased The LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of The LORD shall prosper in his hand.
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors,” Isaiah 53:4-12.
The flesh and carnal mindedness keeps a person separated from the perfect will of God, which is eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Since the beginning of time and the first man’s sin, God has demonstrated His love and forgiveness through His SON.
Jesus is calling His creation to come home back to a place of peace and rest. He is calling men/women, to live an eternal existence with Him forever and ever.
Will you come?
Will you give your life to Christ?
Will you repent of your sins to live in unity and intimacy with the Father?
Will you renew your relationship with Christ?
Will you trust Him more?
Will you relinquish your relationship with idol gods?
Will you take off the garments of shame?
Will you let The LORD heal every wound and hurt?
Have you received The Holy Ghost since you believed?
Come to the fountain!
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned,” Romans 5:5-12.
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death,” Revelations 21:3-18.
Will you come and live your life for Christ?
Will you come and start all over again in refreshing and renewing by The Holy Ghost?
Will you come?
